From company to group

The original and main activity of the owner-run Group is the manufacturing of aluminium die-cast products for the automotive and component supply industry.
Created in 1989, the aluminium die-casting foundry originally made unfinished parts for the European automotive industry. Today as a Group, we are a competent partner to our worldwide customers for the entire process, from product development to the delivery of complex, ready-to-install light metal components.

The Scho Plast Plastic GmbH in Bischofswerda (Saxony) is a medium-sized company which specializes in the thermoset molding process in injection molding, and thermoplastic processing in injection molding.

Our core competencies include the spraying of high-precision components for the switching stations and control systems, the encapsulation of inserts as well as the production of plastic parts in the visual range (surface parts).

We develop, design and produce in terms of process integration with creative solutions in the areas Schweißbau and products handling. Among process integration we mean a procedure that includes the complete manufacturing and logistics process. Expensive, time-consuming and quality-reducing interfaces, oversizing and subsequent operations are largely avoided. We act workpiece in the gram range as certain as large parts weighing up to 15 t.
