ZSO sees itself as a competent supplier and service provider in the metal Zerpanung (turning, milling, grinding) and component assembly.

In the area of contract manufacturing (turning, milling, grinding and surface treatment), we offer our services from small series to medium runs with great variety. Here, the annual volumes of 5,000 St. can (with high complexity, Dreh-/Frästeil 50 min processing time) vary up to 1.4 million St. (simple turned part, about 1.5 min. Processing time). The possible workpiece sizes reach the maximum diameter of 400 mm when turning. In radial grooves on the outer contour may occur reduction of the workpiece diameter.

During milling, we can work with our machining centers cube sizes up to 1000 mm.

We also perform desired by impermeability tests also.

Tepro has more than 50 years’ experience and is a well-known Polish manufacturer of vacuum pumps and devices. The company’s production site is
located at the Baltic coast in Koszalin. Since 1999 we also provide subcontractors for automotive, gas and marine industries. The main aim of Tepro is
conducting sustainable policy with the production of its own goods and subcontracting. In 2018 we had more than 16, million € turnover of which
65% of the annual revenue were obtained by the subcontracting. Wide range of services allows us to carry out complex projects from beginning to
end. The company has a large capacity and is flexible in regards to its customers’ needs ensuring a high level of quality and on-time delivery.

Company Structure
Tepro occupies an area of 10’000 square meter building. We are a
joint stock company. TEPRO is divided into three departments:
sheet metal services, machining and assembly which is backed up
by a powerful staff of 270 people including 70 engineers who are
capable of satisfying all the needs of our clients.

Engineering Services
Tepro S.A. offers engineering services and can help to make
manufacturing drawings and specifications on behalf of its
customers. Problem solving, modeling, conceptual design, detail
design and product development are some of the services being
offered. The company’s engineers are experienced in the fields of
mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics. Having engineers situated
very close to the machining facilities, it ensures the best functional
designs and the most cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Machinery & Certification
Tepro S.A. has more than 30 CNC-machines planted in its hall. These
machines, combined with skilled competence, enable the company to
realize assignments at a very high level of precision and quality.

The main sphere of business is a production of the assembled configurations with various numbers of parts accordingly to the technical documentation delivered by customers. The company owns the proper technology placed on the production area of 3600 m². The technology provides the possibility to machine the large sized objects as well. (Max. sizes: 5000 x 2500 x 2200 mm, the mass up to 10 tons). The achievable precision is IT7. The welding workshop is equipped with modern welding technology.

Die-cast zinc / zinc die casting
The hot chamber die casting machines, used zinc die casting ensure reliable production with consistently high quality. You can reach clamping forces from 75 kN to 700 KN for castings with a gravity of 0.05 up to 1,000 g. As a standard alloy we process ZL0410, also called ZnAl4Cu1 or Zamak5. We can, however, other Zinkdruckgußlegierungen such as ZL0400 ZL0430 or are possible.
Thanks to optimized production processes also extremely thin-walled castings with excellent properties can be produced.To realize topics such as material and weight savings for the customer is the in-house mold design available incl. This can already be in the ground floor each font, so pass on the railways in the tool so that a fault-free production and an optimal result is achieved.

Plastic injection molding
Plastic parts made on modern machines - this makes it possible to process highly sensitive plastics efficiently.
Our machinery consists of injection molding machines with clamping forces from 25 to 100to. Due to the largely automated production creates the basis for a flexible, cost-effective and environmentally friendly mass production.

Laser Technology / Laser inscription
The modern way of laser marking enables the processing of almost all materials.
Many of our machines working in CO ² methods by which incorporate by laser beam headings, or similar motives in the works. With this method it is also possible to cut from materials desired contours.
Another lettering style is achieved with YAG lasers.This technique allows the marking / engraving of almost all types of metal.
The third area is the lettering in the color change process dar. Here materials are used which change by the addition of specific components by marking with laser technology at the appropriate place their color.
