Our entire technical innovative drive and resolute quality orientation are channelled into the production of challenging prototypes, complete assemblies, small-scale series and individual components.

Production processes

High-tech is the standard at ZELTWANGER Maschinenbau GmbH. This is reflected in our highly qualified team of specialists, in our logistical division of labour, and in our use of the very latest production processes and technologies.
Our machining centres and lines are programmed and controlled over a central network. Innovative 3D programming systems permit even the most complex workpiece contours to be machined.

In the metal cutting field, our CNC milling centres use 5-sided machining techniques. All our lathes are fitted with power tools and with a C and Y axis. Our products are characterized by optimum grinding results with millimetre range precision for the ultimate in productivity.

With our high-precision spark erosion cutting machines we also have the capability to manufacture custom-produced parts and small-scale series in-house.

Materials - broad selection, quick availability

Alongside our extensive ultra-modern machine outfit, we also benefit from a wide range of stocked materials in our automatic high-bay warehouse. These include all steel, titanium, stainless steel and high-strength alloys as well as all popularly requested aluminium alloys.

We also offer a raw material procurement and storage service to customer order.

ZE Präzision GmbH from Nuremberg specializes in 3-axis machining of all common metals and non-ferrous metals, as well as the assembly of electrical assemblies.

ZERN Mechatronik Gmbh is a family-run business and is divided into 9 different divisions, which are dedicated to the following activities. Production of: Large-format metal 3D laser printer; Retail products; CNC contract manufacturing; Operating a private industrial park; Steel construction; Product development for third; Rapid prototyping; Department of Commerce; Defense Technology. Production of drawing parts mainly with machining processes

We are a medium-sized company based in Remscheid and manufacture turned parts, milled parts and complete assemblies for machines and special purpose machines. Our machinery is also designed for the production of single parts and small series. Medium companies and engineering firms from the machine and plant appreciate our punctuality and our greatest flexibility in all manufacturing processes. Since the company's inception in 2005, trust and quality have become the most important parameters for our satisfied customer base. In all economic situations, we attach particular importance to the continued maintenance and preservation of these factors.

We have been manufacturing for a wide range of customers and industries since 1992 - from the electronics, glass or automotive industries to mechanical engineering. State-of-the-art machines enable us to produce at the highest level of precision.

In the newly built production hall in 2000 we mill parts up to 3000x800x720mm, we turn with a bar diameter of 80mm, chuck parts up to 300mm in diameter and we grind with max. 800x500mm.
Series production is permanently checked in the measuring machine, measuring range 406x365x305mm. As a medium-sized company based in the Bavarian Forest, we and our employees are particularly challenged to assert ourselves on the market. For our production, this means being more perfect, cheaper and more reliable than the competition.
As a specialist in machining, ZTS manufactures turned and milled parts from non-ferrous metals, quality and stainless steels, plastics or high-alloy special steels.

Our production is geared towards small and medium series - therefore flexible and open to all customer requests.

We are a medium sized mechanical engineering company. We structure in the areas of turning, milling, welding, pressing, stamping and assembling of complete assemblies. With years of experience in these areas we process the different materials.

Furthermore, we work with various partners (grinding, surface finishing, grooving, etc.). So we are to fully comply with many customer requests in a position.
