As a medium-sized metal processing company with about 60 employees, we have been operating for over 50 years as a supplier to the furniture industry with a focus on kitchen manufacturing (industry and trade) as well as office furniture.

From our market experience, we have developed a kitchen accessories / Standard program
with which we meet almost all the requirements of metal components for furniture production.

Our company was founded by the two managing partners Wolfram Streubel and Andreas Seifert on 10.02.1997.

Our main business is the production pipeline and plant construction in the chemical and paper industries. So we assign pipework systems from steel, stainless steel, titanium and plastics.
We are in possession of the "manufacturer's qualification Class C" according to DIN 18800 Part 7 of the materials steel and stainless steel as well as certification as a specialized company according to §19 I WHG. Our operational quality assurance is achieved by compliance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 / EC. In the field of labor protection technology, our company SCC certified.

Another business area is mechanical engineering, in particular the conveyor system. These include, for example, screw conveyors, elevators, bunkers, silos and various special sheet metal parts. We guarantee a professional manufacturing, assembly and disassembly of the equipment. Check with local gas and water utilities we are listed as a contract installation company.

Welded joints of steel, stainless steel and titanium, we produce by the TIG welding process, E, MAG manual and mechanized TIG -Orbitalverfahren for pipes up to 115mm diameter. We are a small, efficient company and manufacture, modern CNC - machines demanding, mechanical components. Our regular customers know our service, as well as to appreciate the quality, reliability and flexibility.

We handle almost all machinable materials by milling, turning and drilling for drawing or sample.

The production range from components for hydraulic controls, such as valve housing, connection plates, fittings, nipples and couplings, as well as fully assembled valves over mechanical components for the electronics in mining, storage and drive housing, pulleys, to processing of aluminum profiles for window construction. For surface treatments, we have reliable partners.

We manufacture in batches 20-1000 piece.

Our machinery in the milling area currently consists of four processing centers the company Hurco as well as a center of Matra. Using these centers, we are able to extremely fast to respond to all our customer requirements and to produce both highly complex prototype and production parts cost. By consistently sophisticated accessories such as rotary axes and jigs we steadily increase our productivity in order to meet your requirements.

In our centers we can currently rely on travels of 1060 x 610 x 610mm.
