With the production of components and assemblies, as well as our assembly services, we offer a complete solution for precision manufacturing from a single source. Depending on customer requirements, we produce precision parts in small and large batches on our CNC machines, and our know-how allows us to produce the most complicated CNC precision parts in a wide variety of materials. Carbon fibers are synthetic polymer fibers, which are very strongly heated until they "carbonize (char)".
The result is a very simple and solid black fiber having a tensile strength which is about four times higher than the best steel alloys, with only a quarter of the weight. Another plus is the high temperature resistance.

The maximum tensile strength of carbon fibers in the fiber direction can be up to 5400 MPa depending on fiber type.
Our goal is intelligent lightweight construction. Differential component mass and safe design are here alike. ax-lightness exclusively used carbon fibers, which are 65 147 T1 and T2 (aerospace standard) and after QSF-B Guidelines (Quality Assurance System Aviation) manufactured according to DIN.

The subject of activity of our company is engineering production. Production is oriented mainly on production of precise engineering components – spare components, binding devices, tools for bending and cutting, rubber-making forms, small technological devices and locksmithing products from stainless steel.
Naturally our company secures good technical preparation of production, input and output quality inspection. We are able to accept the drawings via our e-mail otherwise in form of finished drawings or like data files for Auto Cad.

The corporation BAEST, as Benešov is a medium-sized manufacturing and engineering trading company with a diversified production program. The company is located in a strategic location, not far from the main roads, 15 km from the highway (D1) Prague - removed Brno, on the road E 55 and E50 Prague - Ceske Budejovice - Linz and it has its own railway siding.



The corporation BAEST, as Benešov follows on with its work, the company BEST, sro, from which it has in 2002 their manufacturing program, the business sector, took over the business and production activities, developed and continued. The corporation BAEST, as Benešov is a private company whose production program focuses on the production of welded steel constructions and machines for the construction industry which employs 240 people. The site covers an area of 17 haThe production plant has a production area of 30,000 m2 and has a storage area of 10,000 m2, which are a necessary lifting and handling equipment with a carrying capacity of up to 50 t equipped.



The production program of the corporation BAEST, as Benešov is based not only on mass production, but also to order production. With regard to a universal, production-related equipment operation and with respect to the qualified production team, the corporation BAEST, as Benešov is ready to offer a flexible and wide product range in the field of engineering industry. The use of modern CAD systems and CAD / CAM for machining of the production parameters and production documentation (Autocad, Autodesk Inventor, 3D, etc.) is decisive for the quality assurance and accelerate the process planning and control of production processes.

The main foreign customers of the corporation BAEST, as Benešov include companies from Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, and not least from the U.S..In 2000, the company took in the competition "DHL - Cesky Exporter roku 1999 (in German: DHL - Czech Exporter of the Year 1999)" in the category of medium-sized enterprises and the third in 2002 even took first place in the same category in the competition "Exporter roku 2002 (in German: Exporter of the Year 2002)" to the "Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic" and the "industrial association" has performed under the auspices of the Government of the Czech Republic.
