Production
We manufacture the most modern machinery and unique series, precisely and with short lead times.
Special experiences are in the processing of special materials such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, structural materials (CFRP, GFRP) and plastics.
Even complicated montages with special fitting, adjustment, balancing and bonding processes we perform for our customers. Of course, we manage the necessary edge and related services, such as heat treatment process or innovative surface coatings.

As a manufacturer of acrylic products, we know from many years of industry knowledge, what standard of quality you expect from quality plastic parts for the lighting industry. We specialize in the manufacture and processing of pipes, profiles, moldings and textured sheets of PMMA and PC with requirements that are not in the standard.

Structural Tubes, Fluid Conductions Tubes, Pressure Pipes, Tubes for EGR Modules, Stamped Parts, Welded Sub-assemblies. Biggest customers: Faurecia, Daimler, Benteler, Gestamp, Modine, Contitech, Borgwarner, Adient...

A&T develops, produces and delivers primarily demanding technical articles. Materials with the highest technical qualities, as well as all thermo-sculptural standard materials are processed to hose pouring parts of 1g/piece to 2.400 g/pieces.

A&T maintains teamwork and aims at long-term partnerships with costumers and suppliers.

A&T offers application-technical consultation, product development including design. Artikel and mould construction as well as form construction are naturally for us.

A&T produces with the most modern microprocessor-steered hose pouring machines of the company DEMAG ERGOtech in the clamping force area of 350 to 4200 kn. The systematic supervision of the manufacturing parameters guarantees an optimum product quality.

A&T takes over amongst others operations like assembly and packing, processing of inlaying parts, silk screen and tampon pressure.

A&T works with highly qualified employees on the realisation of costumer orders.

A&T shows costumer-oriented action. To fulfil special demands, it is reacted fast and unbureaucraticly.

ATRIK d.o.o. is a business society specialized for making a wide spectre of products and semiproducts from metal. The development of the company itself started more than 50 years ago. For time ATRIK d.o.o. had grown and developed into a modern and successful company, as it's today. Today it disposes of two production facilities located in two countries, Slovenia and Serbia. Both factories possess all the necessary equipment, as the very well trained workers with perennial experience. We do jobs according to demanded European standards, for which we have certificates: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS ISO 18000 for production facility, EN ISO 3834-4, EN ISO 3834-3, EN ISO 3834-2, EN ISO 15614-1 for the process of welding, ISO 9606-1 for qualifications of competence of welders. Our existing program is production and servicing of truck superstructures, mostly for needs in communal activities. Our production program includes vehicles for garbage disposal, tank superstructures for different purposes from liquid transport to cleaning the sewer systems, mounting of cranes on vehicles for diffferent purposes, production and mounting metal containers from smallest to the biggest, including the production and mounting the platforms for underground containers and etc. In both factories we dispose with our own teams of engineers and technical servicemen for developing and construction of producs to satisfy the needs of our clients.
We dispose with enough production and manipulative facilities equiped with necessary equipment fo manipulation with raw materials, semiproducts and produts of bigger gabarites and weights.
We can secure additional activities with our local cooperants, processing and protecting the products, as znc plating, plasticizing and etc.
The principle of our existing production is less serial and individual production.
We dispose with our own service departments in both factories, just as for programes from our own production, also for other programes, what we sell by agent contracts.
