The history of our company begun within the firm BATA in 1936. It continued after World War2 within the firm SVIT. Since 1952 our firm was one part of the Shoe and Leather Research Institute Zlín. Since April 1st, 1991to the end of the year 1992 we were a member of theTOMA Ltd. Otrokovice, one of the largest tanneries in Europe. Since January 1st, 1993 started our new history and we are an indepandent private company. Our main domain in the past were tanning machines but in the present we are able to make technical designs ant to produce machinery for any branches.
