Toolmaking

The tooling of E. Winkemann manufactures tools with highest precision. The field of tool / construction is equipped among others with the following devices:

Stamping technology

Fineblanking / cutting
The fine blanking allows the production of precision parts with smooth cut surfaces and high dimensional accuracy.
Costly rework can be omitted.
Straight-cut percentage up to 100%.
The fine blanking machines with max. 320 tons pressing force can process material thicknesses up to about 7 mm.
In addition, there is also the possibility of products on fine blanking machines with max. To process 700 tons press force.

Flatting
If the required thickness tolerance or flatness can not be achieved by cold rolling with the primary materials with a thickness of 0.8 mm, the parts are ground flat.
