For more than 25 years we have been offering welding assemblies and machined steel parts for our customers. We mainly process steel, but also stainless steel and aluminum.

The parts manufactured by us are, for example, racks for general mechanical engineering, subframes for machines, frames and other parts, which require not only welding but also mechanical processing. Additionally, we are machining by milling and turning.

We manufacture assemblies for our customers from 1 m in length to 150 m in length, whereby the maximum processing length of a part is 21 m.

Many of our customers are in special machinery industry and our typical lot size is from 1 to 100 parts, depending on the part, some lots are also much bigger.

We work for you in two locations in northern Spain and may also support you through our sales Office in Germany, close to Hamburg.

Meccanica Generale is an advanced mold maker with big expertise and long experience in the fields of mould design and construction in the automotive sectors (door panels, carriers, intake manifold, pillars, underhood components, lighting) technical products (also 2k), material handling, domestic appliances, medical devices and we are currently handling some very interesting projects in the aerospace sector (injection molding, with component overmolded, and vibration welding technology involved, with peek material).

In addition to the capabilities of a traditional moldmaker, we have an internal R&D department to support our partners, when requested, in product design, feasibility and mouldability evaluation and moldflow analysis, to optimse too, coolinl and, in the end, cycle time.

Our company, Meccanica Marcato, was born in 1996 and is specialized in precision mechanical workings. We operate in Camposampiero (PD) in a production site of 1200 m2, in which 20 people, considering operators, technical and administrative staff, work.

Over the years, we have been able to reach high standards of processing that have led us to work for internationally renowned companies in the various sectors listed below.

Our production department is equipped with 18 high-tech machines, all with CNC machining centers up to 6 controlled axes and milling / turning centers up to 11 controlled axes.

We have an integrated production-management and quality-control system TESAR: all machines are networked to 2 control terminals inside the industrial premises. Firstly, they control the production, by carrying out its daily analysis, pointing out any machine pause, etc. Secondly, they check the quality by means of control instruments in serial connection, micrometers, calibres, altimeter comparators as well as data analysis, X-R control cards capability, certificates of compliance, etc.

MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO is specialized in mechanical milling, made by the use of computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

Our milling and turning service allows us to manufacture high precision mechanical components on customer’s drawing, using multiple materials such as stainless steel, iron, aluminium, bronze, copper, brass, hardened materials, plastics.

Every step of the machinig process is carried out by a specialized technician, able to meet the requirements of our customer in terms of precision and speed of realization.


CAD DESIGN

For the design of high precision mechanical components MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO uses Topsolid'Cam by Missler Software, which enables to set the machining operations in detail.


PRECISION MILLING

MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO manufactures precision milling parts by the use of CNC machines with max. strokes 5000x1200x2000 mm.


PRECISION TURNING

MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO produces high precision turned components using CNC machines with max.turning diameter 230 mm, max. stroke 280 mm and traditional lathes with max. turning diameter 600 mm, L=3000 mm.



QUALITY CONTROL

MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO performs quality control through the use of dimensional inspection machines, such as the altimeter TRIMOS MITUTOYO LH600D/DG, ensuring high standards of precision in the manufacture.
