We manufacture cold forged parts made of round and shaped wires - such as screws, bolts, rivets, etc. for all levels Anwendungsbreiche as window construction, automotive, mechanical engineering, etc.
For the production of your products made of steel, non-ferrous metals and special alloys are available via 250 cold upsetting presses with up to 6 forming stages in wire diameter range of less than 1mm to 30mm available.

In our factory in Haan is the production "deep drawing and punching" at home. On operating vertically eccentric and toggle presses we manufacture with a max. Table length of 1300mm and 130kN compression force. Maximum material thickness 1.5 mm. Punching maximum material thickness 4.0 mm.
