As M + L Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH, we have our origins in the wholesale trade in machine tools, but over the years we have discovered that due to the increasingly demanded individuality, adaptation work on the machines has become necessary. Based on this, we were allowed to undertake milling and filming in our small production.

In addition, we received more and more inquiries from customers about the acquisition of small series and single-part production, which did not want to invest in machinery for the time being. In 2018, we decided to create our own platform under the CNCwerk brand.

About us

My company was re-established in October 1997. We currently employ 8 people. For the most part we work for the industry, in order for renowned companies.

We process steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Some examples are:
Laser and flashings, as well as machine bases (up to 3t steel frame structures), non-pressurized container, general cargo conveyors, mobile conveyors, trough conveyors.

The surface treatment (spraying, powders, galvanizing, 2-component coatings, etc) is realized by powerful companies in the environment.

The laser system is also suitable for large format sheets.
Average strengths are:
Steel St 37 - to 12 mm
Stainless steel up to - 4 mm
Aluminium - up to 4 mm

For Kant works there is an 170t press brake, with a working length of 3030 mm.

Together with you we develop the economic and technical sinvollste solution for your applications. In our tool, we design and produce for you advanced composite tools with CAD, CAM, CIM, CNC-based manufacturing.

2 D laser cutting:
The process completes our manufacturing program. On our 5 kW laser system, we can process the following material thicknesses:
- Up to 25 mm mild steel
- Up to 20 mm in stainless steel
- Up to 12 mm of aluminum

Tube bending:
On CNC controlled rotary rollers and mandrel bending machines we process pipe sizes from 4 mm to 50 mm diameter.Steel pipes, copper pipes, brass pipes, stainless steel pipes.

Welding:
We manufacture complete assemblies including MAG, MIG, TIG and projection welding process. In the case of large numbers and the highest quality standards effective

Further processing:

Our company was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship with 2 main profiles,
Metalworking and trading.

In 2004 we got the opportunity to become a supplier for a well-known automotive
Component manufacturer (BPW Hungaria Kft). In 2007 we have our first CNC

Our fixtures are made in high quality Aluminum, steel, resin or any other material regarding our costumer’s project requirements. This will allow you to place the gauges directly on the production line, avoiding on this way staff displacement.

Our registered office is located in Schönheide, a nice industrial and business place in western Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) (New Federal States).

My company is located since the beginning of 1992 in a newly constructed factory building and is equipped with modern technology. By the use of two CNC- tool milling machines (maximum travel 1.50 x 1.00 x 1.00 m), two HSC machining centres and a 5 – axle – CNC – milling machine we are able to work effectively. The operations are prepared by modern CAD / CAM workstations like: Pro Engineer, Gib-Cam, Depo-Cam and Auto-CAD-Mechanical Desktop. By means of these systems we are able to accept and process data of our customers in all common formats in order to carry out thus every machining task with the most effective milling strategy.
We are 17 employees and produce synthetic and metal patterns, permanent moulds, tools and jigs as well as complete pattern devices and match plates.
