Technomatel is specialized in welding and construction of welded structures in steel and aluminum. We are certified by Uni En Iso 9001 and Uni En Iso 3834-3.
The welding is performed manually for small series and robotized for medium and large series.The welding processes available are mag, mig, tig.

techno plus tooling specializes in the design and manufacture of sophisticated punching, bending and forming tools. The following tool types are built by us: thermoforming mold, progressive die, transfer tool hand insertion tool and notching.

We extend our experience constantly, because even the series production of the stamped parts and maintenance of the tools in our Punching tool carried out by our staff.

Through our many years of experience in CNC turning, we manufacture all kinds of precision turned parts.
We manufacture precise and sophisticated turned parts as individual parts, small or large series with an appealing delivery time and high quality standard. With our CNC lathe can we turned parts of Ø3mm - Ø80-the-shelf process completely automatically. Honing
Cross grinder Sunnen ML2000 with success in use. We honing diameter ranges from 1.5mm-100mm and a length of 300mm. We hone individual parts and small series to 300 pieces per unit. Our products include, among others piston pipes and valves.

Tecmef is a company in Morra de Sanctis (AV) that works with numerically controlled machines in the field of precision engineering. The most important processing operations are: turning, milling, wire and sinking EDM, mainly for the construction and design of molds and dies for forming.

Thanks to the CAD and CAM design service, we are able to produce any type of mechanical component and provide professional advice. The company also specializes in customer service (operational support for the customer's technicians) and offers maintenance services on pressing, firing and injection molds directly under the press.
