With an area of 2200 square meters, located in Sintra, Portugal, with a vast and modern machine pool, a project office provided by the most advance parametric software and a quality control office is currently focused on:

For more than 20 years Tecnocurve has been specialized in cold bending of pipes and sections in general, whether they be made of regular steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

Tecnocurve has always been very alert to new technologies and methods related to bending in general and especially cold bending of pipes and sections, indeed so much so that it is capable of filling the most varied orders in the market pertaining to bending and calendaring in general, generating high quality output that attests to our accurately calibrated and well-tested manufacturing plant.

A meticulous feasibility study is performed by the engineering department, which furthermore assists in resolving any technical issues posed by each component, if needed suggesting alternatives depending on the equipment available, or else building any specialized equipment that may be required to perform unconventional machining assignments in connection with bending pipes.

Tecnocurve also accepts subcontracted work in sampling and/or for small, medium and large production runs.

Tecnocurve currently sells 15% of its output by value abroad, and is at all times prepared to attend to the concerns of new customers from any part of the globe. Tecnocurve takes care of handling packing and shipping for the sake of the end customer’s convenience.

Tecnoingranaggi comes from a long family tradition and over the last twenty years has become one of the leaders in the production of grinded gears and especially cylindrical and helical gears up to 350mm in diameter, max module 12.

In its 2500-sq meter facility Tecnoingranaggi can rely on a technologically advanced machine park and a very efficient tooling room. It employes 50 young and motivated people, four in the quality control department.

Our production covers bevel gears, sprockets, spur and helical gears, worm gears, pinion gears, multiple spines, shafts with toothing and profiled shafts.

Tecnoingranaggi produces mechanical gearing for many different applications and specializes in the production of small and medium-sized lots even when they are ordered Just In Time. Tecnoingranaggi can offer a wide range of finished products from small gears to trains of cogwheels. We provide makers of tools, presses, gearboxes, flexography machines, agricultural machines and earth-moving machines with some of the parts they need.

The comapny TECNOMEC of GIUDICI S.R.L. was born in 1996 from the experience gained by the owner, Giovanni Giudici, at an important workshop in the valley.

The company carries out mechanical work with third parties, creating mechanical parts based on the customer's design.
We specialize in the processing of die-castings, castings and printed materials of various materials such as:

light alloys
gray and spheroidal cast iron
carbon steels
stainless steels

furthermore, the company has its own machinery capable of producing turned and milled parts of any other material (special steel, bronze, copper, brass and even plastic materials).

The company covers an area of about 1400 square meters, is equipped with a metrology room with a three-dimensional measuring machine to ensure maximum accuracy and control of the work performed.

In order to satisfy customers, a space of approximately 200 square meters was assigned to the assembly of mechanical units, the components are partly produced by the company and partly purchased on the market by certified suppliers.

To date, the company has about fifteen employees.

Tecnospazio is specialized in the production of components for gas turbines, steam turbines and centrifugal compressors. We are equipped with 5-axis milling machines to produce components with complex geometry such as impellers, blisks and stator ring. In addition, we produce casing for turbine and gearboxes, especially with a 5-axis milling machine DIXI in temperature controlled environment.
Tecnospazio is equipped with vertical lathes and milling machines that allow us to work up to a diameter of 2500 mm.
For over 10 years we work titanium and nickel alloys such as Inconel, Nimonic and Waspalloy.
Tecnospazio is organized to respond quickly to customer needs, therefore, all CNC machines run only programs processed with NX CAM and tested with machine simulator VERICUT.

Our primary scope is serial production of metal parts on cmc milling centers ,development and production of machine tools. Our beginnings date back to 2002 when we started to manufacture components for the tool and engineering industry. According to the needs of the market we soon expanded to include the manufacture of complete tools. In early 2009, we have decided to extend the activity to the development and assembly of the hardware, electrical and other industries in order to able to offer our customers the entire process from the idea to series production of components.

TEHNOMAT (pronounced Technomat) is a family company formally established in 1991, immediately after Slovenia's independence. It continues an enterprise established in the town of Kranj over 30 years ago by Drago Česnik.
