A 1600 kN Emperor punching machine complements our production possibilities.

The combination of punching and bending by laser welding offers enormous material savings potential because it can replace metal-cutting manufacturing methods, such as turning or milling.The high energy density of the solid state laser allows the same high process speeds as in automated punching and bending. The thermal load of the workpieces is small. The process is constantly monitored. Manufacturing Solutions with integrated laser welding are fast, accurate and economical. When developing your parts we work closely with the world leaders Bihler and Trumpf.

From the beginning, mold manufacturing and mass production were part operated side by side. The constant, fruitful feedback of the experience and creativity of the employees of the two areas is critical to the success of our company.

Tools for chipless metal machining according to their own or according to customer drawing for parts production in our house or with our customers made. Our tool room is equipped with modern facilities, including seven three-wire and die-sinking machines and modern milling machines.
