The company AIT metal and plastics GmbH & Co. KG was founded in April 1990 by the two managing partners E. Franke and CH Peacock. In the 10 years of our existence, our company can look back on a permanent sales and order volume, which shows itself also through our newly built production facility in Alpirsbach-Reutin.



The company's headquarters is Alpirsbach in the Black Forest, with our newly established branch in Atlanta, Georgia. In our company we currently employ approximately 130 employees in production and management.

The life helping the disabled Zollernalb eV was founded in 1967 and employs today as "Foundation Zollernalb life" in its subsidiaries ZAW gGmbH, ISBA gGmbH, AIZ gGmbH over 550 people with a handicap.

Cutting, punching with a trump Laser-/Stanzanlage, a flatbed laser machines and two press brakes and bend sheets and tubes in various thicknesses and with high precision.
As of mid-2013, we are reliable and accurate Customize with a robotic cell with the laser welding method capable of the highest quality products.

Our company was founded in 2013 as a 100% Hungarian-owned company.
We manufacture medium and large series parts with Index type cutting machines in a 400m2 production area.
According to the customer's needs, we perform the washing, packaging and laser marking of the parts.

A-Kaiser GmbH has been a leader in the machining of lightweight aluminium components and ultra-lightweight magnesium parts since 1979. On account of their low weight and associated economy, these components are the choice of the automotive industry.
Germany’s major automotive manufacturers and renowned Tier 1 suppliers have numbered among some of our customers for decades. We are currently focusing our company on the field of chassis components and electro-mobility.
At our two production plants, we have an over 600-strong workforce specialising in the mechanical processing of gear and clutch housings, which are supplied to gear plants as ready-to-install components.

A-Kaiser GmbH disposes over a broad spectrum of industrial manufacturing processes and capabilities for the high precision pre- and final processing of semi-finished metal products. We produce everything from different unmachined metal parts (grey cast iron and spheroidal graphite iron, aluminium die castings, magnesium die castings, forged parts, steel alloys etc.), through to fully assembled axle parts.
Our portfolio covers a range of just-in-time production configurations for machining vehicle components. Intricate and delicate series machining involving lightweight unfinished aluminium and magnesium castings top off our service portfolio, as is the case for the manufacture of ‘green parts’ and parts ready for immediate installation on a plant's assembly line.

The combination of production systems, machines and highly trained and qualified staff who are familiar with processes together with our in-house tool and fixture construction ensure an extremely tight and flexible value chain. To ensure a smooth workflow, the tool and fixture construction and industrial engineering departments are in direct contact with each other. The latter works very closely with the automation team.

Our CNC controlled single-spindle-lathes have X-, Z-, C- Y-axis, sub spindles and driven tools,
to perform the turning, milling and drilling operations of your turned parts and
finishes there accurately on one machine in one clamping.
We are machining high precision products, exactly according to the drawings and specifications of our customers from all machinable materials and supply to you in short delivery periods.

We are dealing mainly with small and medium-sized series production, but we also undertake individual and prototype production on CNC Mill. Locally, our site is located in Kisbajcs, near Győr in Hungary, we continuously serve our partners with parts, we are proud of our almost perfect delivery fidelity and our scrap rate of less than 1%.

Currently, we are looking for additional long-term partners in order to expand our company's order book and, with it, the machine park. Our plans include the purchase of a used 3-axis milling machine this year for the production of our smaller recurring jobs, as well as the purchase of a 5-axis milling machine and a fiber-fed, driven tool lathe within a year or two.
