The production of a qualifying product requires a skilled technical consulting with the customer. To ensure quality, we place great emphasis on good technical discussions with our customers. Any request with your technical details are thoroughly tested for feasibility and discussed with our customers, where appropriate adjustments are to be agreed.
Articles

The articles range currently consists of over 5000 components. Basis for making these articles are of course the customer requirements, documented by drawings and specifications. Our products range includes, for example, bearing seats, shafts, axles, rotors, grinding tools, cast housing, etc. ..
Materials

The determination of material derived from the customer requirements. These are normally commercially available steels, but also special alloys & plastics. The procurement of raw casting is performed by both German and foreign foundries.Raw material is also specially purchased from such suppliers, which are determined by the customer.
Measuring tools and measuring devices

In order to perform the quality control tests not only qualified employees are available to us, but also modern measuring tools. The maintenance of measuring tools and equipment are organized in a separate process, so that the regularity of the Instruments and equipment is guaranteed. The process covers both the administration of the instruments, as well as their identification and regular calibration.
Service chain

Our special claim extends to the delivery of pre-finished items or assemblies. The quotations and especially the production takes place only after complete clarification of customer requirements. All of the following process steps are carried out by us, ie, material purchasing, production, extended workbench. In it are included the necessary test steps.

A Kvick Company Ltd. was founded in 1990 as a continuation of the successful independent artisanal activity. We are a metalworking company that specizialises in manufacturing sheet metal products, iron and wire.

We have our own range of products ( Metal cassetts for sliding doors, Al guides ), but we also make items after customers requirements. These products are manufacutured for famous clients, since before the start of the production necessary to coordinate all the details that are important for the client.
All necessary tools and devices we construct and make themselves into its own tool, so that they can be most adapted to the wishes and needs of our customers, especially with very short response time from order to initial samples and up to the regular production.

Our company is constantly developing and improving our products and services which we are even closer to the customer or subscriber.
