PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY APEX 11

Company Apex 11 is founded in 1991.
Initially, the company's activity is repair, service and recycling of forklifts, trading of spare parts for forklifts. The main market is Russia and former Soviet republics.
In 2003 the company purchased its own property with a total area of 8 ha (of which 6 ha are built).
The accumulated experience over the years by professionals - engineers, technologists and
constructor - creates conditions for innovative developments in the company.
In 2004 the design department develops its own model trucks, Series A, in the capacity range from 2,5 to 8 tons.
In 2005 the company was chosen by HYUNDAI WELDING as official and exclusive dealer of welding consumables HYUNDAI. So far, Apex 11 successfully imposes their products on the Bulgarian market and gain a substantial share of trade in welding consumables.
Apex has 11 shops and dealers in some major cities in the country. The company is able to be a dealer of a variety of new products or brands on the Bulgarian market.
In 2006 in Apex 11 has been designed and manufactured a prototype of the four-way forklift truck with the name A-Lift.
After a year trial the company started a regular production of A-Lift in the range from 3,5 to 8 tons.
Currently we are looking for distributors worldwide.
In 2008 the company was approved by the European Commission for funding for two programs related to technological innovation and modernization of machinery.
We purchased modern, high-tech machine tools (lathe, milling machine, bending machine, welding machines, electric hand tools).
At the same time in the company had introduced systems for:
- Quality Management ISO 9001:2008
- Environmental Management ISO 14001:2004
- Health and Safety at Work ISO 18001:2007,
where the company holds certificates.
All this ensures speed, quality and reliability of manufactured products.
Machine park at the time of the company include:
- Lathes

- Radial drilling machine
- Drilling machine console
- Coordinate machine
- Grinding of crankshafts
- Welding machines
- Hand-held power tools
- Hoists with tonnage up to 5 tons
For all other operations, we use the services of outside contractors.
Company Apex 11 has capacity to produce parts, components and machinery relating to the mechanical processing of metals, welding and assembly works.
Anything can be met by documentation of the client or constructed in Apex 11.

can be useful by our experience and technological capability.

- Machining of aluminum profiles or tubes of great length (up to 15 meters)
- Machining of general mechanics in small, medium and large series.
- Mechanized welding steel aluminum in partnership with a company welding: welding capacity profiles up to 24 meters in length.

In addition to the machining of plastics and acrylic glass and fabricating advertising displays we deal with the development of accompanying our customers what from consulting (technology, feasibility, FMEA, prototyping, pilot production, fixture) goes to series production.
