Wille GmbH founded in 1969 in Bremen is supplier of several branches (aircraft and ship building, food industry, energy production companies, technical industry, joineries etc) with pneumatic products, f.e. compressors, technical hoses, pressure balancers, buffer, manometers, ball valves, cylinders and all kind of materials for pneumatic driven machines.

As an engineering consultance we also support companies in finding best ideas for efficient user-defined solutions, concept switchboards and fit companies with complete compressor units including pipeline construction and pneumatic control systems.

Our staff consists of about 20 motivated people in several scopes, f.e. technical sales, processing, marketing, controlling, storage and technical service.

We are a medium sized, run by the third generation family business in the plastics processing industry, which has oriented its production towards products for various industries.

Our range of services includes consulting, development, design, prototyping, and especially the mass production of plastic parts. Our primary goal is the optimum from customers ideas, economic and technical feasibility work out. A large range of plastics available for different requirements to choose from - we work with you to choose the right material for your application.

Our machinery consists of modern CNC-controlled injection molding machines, on which almost all thermoplastics are processed. The manufacturing of parts with weights less than 1 g to 800 g is possible. Also the multi-component injection molding is possible in our home.We also provide processing of Duroplastkunststoffen spray and pressing process. Here the production of parts from about 5 g to about 500 g is possible.

Of course, all the following incidental work, such as the assembly of components, surface finishing, or mechanical processes are performed using 6-axis robot.

For a demanding quality and timely delivery, our qualified and experienced staff, supported by a modern PPC / PDA computer system in the areas of production planning, manufacturing, quality control and logistics provide.

The company Willi Frehner AG since 1980 in the manufacture of die casting molds, injection molds and stamping dies in the industrial sector operates. In 1982 it was transformed into a corporation. We are a progressive and flexible company with the production site Oberbüren and have specialized in the area of tool and mold
