We are an existing company since 1992 in the field of metalworking. Our main production range focuses on individual parts, small series and assemblies for mechanical engineering, medical engineering, the news industry, the automotive industry and the commercial vehicle industry.

FESP MOLD SRL was founded in 1997 by Dario and Carlo Chiampesan who, after a decade of experience in the production of molds for jewelery,
they founded FESP MOLD SRL exclusively for the production of molds for plastic products.

Mold construction
FESP MOLD SRL molds are made of tempered steel. They are characterized by the multi-cavity, the high production in the hot chamber,
the use of nozzles and shutter systems or with sequential closure.
Our products are distinguished by internal handling technology, trolleys, unscrewing and inclined rods.
The steels, normalized and other components of the mold are purchased from the most important European companies and the molds are accompanied by certificates.

Business

The company FETEC Engelhardt GmbH was established on 1 Founded in May 1997 in Ruhla / Thuringia as a civil law and on 1 July 2005 umformiert into a GmbH.

Starting point of the company producing basic turning and milling parts, the one manufactured in order for suppliers to the automotive industry. With the move in January 2001 in a new building, the production of parts, prototypes, small batches in contract manufacturing as well as complete assemblies and devices has been made possible.The expansion of contract manufacturing required on 1 July 2006 another move to a larger and also its own production facility.

The workforce of FETEC Engelhardt GmbH consists of seven employees and three apprentices. Managing directors are Gerald and Ursula Engelhardt.

We are a dynamic, highly motivated team of 15 competent employees.
We develop customized solutions that produce precise manufacturing parts, assemble and install machinery and equipment. The customer has only one company as a partner - from finding a solution - to delivery and customer care.

The company was founded in 1979 by Alois Fetzel. Behind his house in the Thuringian mountains and built a small workshop, which was enlarged five years later much. From the start, was produced on a numerically controlled lathes. Today, several modern CNC machines are in use. Mechanical engineering has developed very strongly over time and is now offering contract manufacturing services to the central core competence.

Since 14 November 2005, the business operations in Thuringia will continue. Our newly constructed building offers four times the space of the past and a number of logistic and productive benefits for us and our customers.

CNC turning for the highest standards:
By manufacturing on modern CNC machining centers supplemented by conventional lathes, we can cover a very large machining area and a wide range of applications.

CNC milling with up to 5 axes
For the CNC milling of materials such as steel, aluminum, brass or plastic are available according to requirement 3 - or 5-axis machines. For the preparation of special forms, single pieces or prototypes conventional milling tool additionally be used.

Technical engraving
The use of CNC engraving machines enables us to flexibly, quickly and accurately translate customer requirements. We made the house components can be engraved according to drawings, samples or DIN data. Examples of our technical engravings are the front panel labeling, manufacturing of nameplates and the marking of parts with date or batch number for identification in the warehouse or material flow.
