Formotion GmbH is a modern toolmaker in the Siegerland. The Formbarmacherare working in Wilnsdorf with modern CNC processing centers up to the 5 axis processing for the plastic design and remodelling from metal parts. Being able to all forms be produced from the little non-returnable packaging up to bigger design components, such as trailer disguisings, shower basins, solaria disguisings etc.. The needed aluminium-semi-finished products are ex warehouse or by our efficient supplier inside 24h usually available. The supply is rounded off by forming dies and usual services in the tool engineering like CAD construction, CNC and CAM processing and 5 axis processing. Components can be processed up to a size of 2400 x 1400 mm in one clamping.

Production

The main activity of our company is the production of injection molding tools. From design to manufacturing everything is planned, manufactured and tested by us. This can be from a simple on-off tool to tools with complex functions to be. So may be included in the tool, for example, mechanical or hydraulic slide, Schrägauswerfer, Ausschraubkerne or pneumatic movements.

In the area of 2K Injection (2 components), we have collected a lot of experience in recent years. Such tools can we sampled on our 2-K machine and check for the desired function out so as to provide the complete finished injection molding tool.

Nowadays, the variety of tool steels such as 1.2343, 1.2767, 1.2379, 1.2083, 12738, 1.2311, 1.2842, etc., and are welded aluminum, Erodierkupfer, copper alloys, various bronzes, Ampco alloys or stainless steel.

Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with a partner company (which specializes in laser welding and laser cladding on), we can offer a repair service in this area.

Forstek is a tool shop established in 1993 formed from former mould workshop of Glass Factory Steklarna Hrastnik. We are equiped with modern CAD/CAM systems like Siemens NX and Mastercam, modern CNC machines including 5-axis milling machines, 3D CMM and portable measuring hand. We design and produce moulds for glass industry (IS, press and press-blow moulds) and blister tools for blister packaging lines. Apart from this we offer machining of various mechanical parts for variety of industries. We have ISO 9001:2015 cerificate.

The Forte + Wegmann GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1950.

Located located in a former center of the metal industry, our roots originally in the production of machine parts for the textile industry. Addition to specializing in the wire processing in the field needle manufacturing and processing, we were involved in the course of history in the fields of metal forming, punching and deep drawing.

In 1980, in a generation change the management was handed over to the daughter of a founder of the company, the way was open for expansion and future-oriented technologies.
