Torneria Automatica Faentina was founded in 1981 by Enio Pasini and Giancarlo Misirocchi, at the time employees of CISA, a leading company in the production of locks and passive security systems.
In rented rooms of 350 square meters, the two workers thus founded the first automatic turning shop in the Faenza area, which has grown over the years with customers and machinery. In 2006, the company moved to its new headquarters (about 1500 square meters) which allowed to optimize the production of hinges for locks, passive security systems, fittings for hydraulics, inserts for the plastic injection sector.

Cleaning of parts and anti-rust treatment
Upon customer request, TAF performs the washing of small parts with anti-rust treatment: the protective is a highly water-repellent fluid product that leaves a thin film on the metal surfaces, which can be removed with petroleum solvents of any type.

The service allows the warehouse protection of steel and metal products which will thus be protected from oxidation: the company based in Faenza has integrated the anti-rust product into its solvent-based metal washing machine which at the end of the washing cycle automatically performs the anti-rust treatment .

Workings begin with co-design together with the customer, continuing with the in-depth study of the work cycle, the choice of additional materials and treatments to be carried out to the realization of the prototypes.

Production is supported by careful process control. In addition, all stages are interwoven with washing machines performed with ultrasonic machines to avoid any residue inside.

The packaging and shipment arrangements are made according to the specific requirements of the customer, thus guaranteeing the absolute protection of the product.

History:
The Torneria Nicoletti is a mechanical turnery located in Trissino, near Vicenza that was founded in 1967 and has 4 locations with about 5.000 square meters cover and employs more than 120 people.

Our company is specialized in the production of turned parts made in Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium, Brass, and Copper, having a diameter range of diameter 3 to 150
We have got more than 60 turning machines, Multispindle, Singlespindle, CNC machine as double spindles and Sliding head.
With these machineries, we are able to execute order from 10 parts to 3.0 Million and we produce more than 40 Million of turned pieces every year.

To control our products we have eleven points of control with instruments connected to a computer where we use an SPC control, with this system, we are able to issue certificates of control with the measurement during the process and check the cp, cpk and cmk.

Our company has been certified ISO 9002 since 1996 by DNV and update the newest UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
And OHSAS 18001:2007 since 2013 and UNI EN ISO 14001 since begin 2019
