The Hintsteiner Group is a leading manufacturer of prototypes and small series made of plastic and fiber composite materials (carbon). Jigs and fixtures
For the completion of individual process steps are often independent of the core process of working, used functional facilities.

Punch presses and thrusters
Specially designed for use in conjunction with Hullmann punching and forming a lighter and less expensive pressure transducer was developed.

The machine base is strong even in the basic version. In addition to a light curtain on the operating side of the pressure transducer and sitema clamping heads for safety and comfort during operation, the control system is constructed on the basis of a PLC SIEMENS S7. With our 45 process-driven processing machinery (injection molding) with clamping forces up to 4000 KN, about 2,000 high-precision technical plastic parts and rubber and rubber-metal connections are made at the time.
Except for PVC, we provide you with all plastics market available.
The designs of about 100 customers at home and abroad are construction and materials meet transposed into molds and tools and manufactured by injection molding.
