Since its founding in 1994, DRT has been a reference as a toolmaker for injection molds for plastic up to 25 tons.

Due to our main focus on the automotive industry, DRT meets all industry standards and requirements and is therefore the ideal partner for developing and manufacturing a high-quality end product.

We have 40- years experience of investing in modern equipment and training of our associates to ensure we have the foundations to consistently produce quality products. We have a wide range of experience in producing quality products mainly consisting of thermoplastic materials which are used as components for electroindustry, electronics and home appliances.

Our production is equipped with the latest technology injection moulding machines and is appropriate for small and large-scale production. Most of our products are made of engineering plastics. We are currently working with 18 injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss-Maffei) with up to 2200 kN clamping force.

The company Duro-Tec Kunststofftechnik GmbH, located in the Middle Franconian town of Veitsbronn, was established in Erlangen at the end of 2009.

Due to an insolvency of the previously resident company Volland / Erlangen (mold making & plastics technology), the company Duro-Tec was able to create an experienced team from this family business, which has existed for over 115 years, and support it with technical innovations.

After Mr. Joachim Peiler helped the company Duro-Tec Kunststofftechnik GmbH to new strength after the takeover of the company Volland, Mrs. Susanne Peiler took over the company in 2021 as sole managing director.

The core business of Duro-Tec is the production of complex and high-precision plastic parts. Whether in the initial consultation, the final implementation or modification of your articles, we are always able to carry out a fast and competent project.

We are engaged in the manufacture of steel structures, machines and equipment in the automotive, wire, energy and water industries. Here we can offer complete assemblies.
