Our company is focused on manufacture of patterns for castings and of rotomolding tools.

We do provide the following services to our Customers:
1. wooden patterns and core boxes for single-part as well as mass production 2. patterns from cast resins for serial and mass production 3. patterns from Al alloys 4. lamination molds 5. rotomolding tools 6. molds for copying 7. deliveries of castings from required materials, including finish machining

Our registered office is located in Schönheide, a nice industrial and business place in western Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) (New Federal States).

My company is located since the beginning of 1992 in a newly constructed factory building and is equipped with modern technology. By the use of two CNC- tool milling machines (maximum travel 1.50 x 1.00 x 1.00 m), two HSC machining centres and a 5 – axle – CNC – milling machine we are able to work effectively. The operations are prepared by modern CAD / CAM workstations like: Pro Engineer, Gib-Cam, Depo-Cam and Auto-CAD-Mechanical Desktop. By means of these systems we are able to accept and process data of our customers in all common formats in order to carry out thus every machining task with the most effective milling strategy.
We are 17 employees and produce synthetic and metal patterns, permanent moulds, tools and jigs as well as complete pattern devices and match plates.

The Model and mold mainly produces molds and accessories for the glass industry.

In my model and foundry models in wood and plastic are manufactured. These are used to Gußstückherstellung for glass molding or machine parts. The own model ensures a quick and easy purchasing of castings.

We mainly make molds manufactures gray cast iron, aluminum, chromium, nickel and carbon.

A CAD work station offers the possibility to design and produce outlines corresponding programs.Also the digitizing (scanning) of existing models or glass parts in 3D and their processing on the CAD is - computer possible. Thus, a production of complicated models and electrodes is given.



The possibility of Erosivbearbeitung is through their own EDM and wire EDM.



The Graveurabteilung completed the pre-milled or eroded shape contours to the high gloss polish. However, there are traditional (with hammer, chisel and file) made with great craftsmanship even engravings.

In the welding shop, edges and surfaces with metal spray powder from Castolin
armored. This improved service life of the molds are achieved.
