We, the Rex Industrie-Produkte Graf von Rex GmbH is a medium-sized company with about 75 employees. The company is based in Vellberg in the Hohenlohe region between Schwäbisch Hall, Crailsheim and Ellwangen.

We have specialized in niche applications:

Our main areas of application are mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, railway, power plants, military and industrial standard and special solutions.


The introduced and practiced quality management system is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2008.

Furthermore, the quality management system for certain products, correspond to Module D (production quality assurance) of Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment and is regularly reviewed and certified by the See-BG.

We develop and manufacture technical plastic parts in a sophisticated design and the highest precision for all industries. Customer orientation, service and quality are our hallmark. Precision injection molding, multi-component injection molding (2K and 3K), thermoplastic foam (TSF), filter technology, gears, and Insert-/Outsert-Technik and Verabreitung of high-performance plastics form the basis of our production technologies. Your demanding components we manufacture injection molding machines with clamping forces from 150 kN to 5000 kN and shot weights from 0.3 g to 2,000 g, the required injection molds are manufactured in our in-house mold or also with international partners.

The surfaces of your articles we finish by painting, printing, EMC coatings and decorative metal coatings. For joining components we use welding and bonding techniques. We are happy to install your assemblies or complete products and pack them after function testing in retail packaging.

As a contract manufacturing operation in the field of CNC machining, we are equipped with the latest CNC machines and measuring instruments. The company focuses on precision machined parts, in the area of 5-axis simultaneous machining.

Production is in the numbers 1-10000, that we are moving in the typical one-off production, prototypes to small batch production. We finished with the claim precision in manufacturing in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, aerospace, tooling, IT industry, defense, electronics, automotive, fuel cell research and work with various research institutes together.

As a contract manufacturer, we also offer ultrasound-assisted milling (Ultrasonic). We ((Aluoxid), tungsten carbide, zirconia, carbides, nitrides, etc., such as glass, ceramic) is milled with diamond tools in the so called Advanced Materials.
So far we have the following materials processed in the hard state as:
Pane glass, Zerodur, variousHard metals, ceramics (Aluoxid Al2O3), zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, marble stone, granite, boron carbide, Syalon.
In these materials, we also bring in thread from size M3.

Our production concerns all kinds of tube working (automatic cutting, bending),all the mechanic working made with tools (shearing,drilling,deep-drawing,shaping,etc…), tapering till a diameter of max.80 cm., swaging till a maximum of 80 cm, , tig-mig-robotic welding, braze welding, FORMING, then surface finishing like buffing, chromium plating,varnishing on stainless steel,passivations,brightening, etc.

Our company was born in 1995 with the target of manifacturing tools to make tubes; during these years we have increased our experience and we could solve many problems related to this field. RILPLAST snc is a company active for over thirty years in the injection molding of thermoplastics and technopolymers.

Inserted in the dynamic artisan reality of Lower Sebino, over the years the company has developed skills and experience in the most varied sectors of application of plastic, from products for early childhood, to articles in the electrical and electronic appliance sector , from the hospital and medical sector to that of sporting goods, lighting engineering, automotive and food packaging.

Certification and high quality of raw materials, use of any thermoplastic material from commodities to technopolymers and a technologically advanced machine park, which includes 26 injection presses with tonnages ranging from 6 to 450 tons fully automated, presses for micro molding and vertical presses for insert overmoulding, plus a whole series of complementary machinery, allow the company to work all the main plastic materials in the best possible way, creating both standard and technical details.

Rodex d.o.o. started as a trade workshop and developed into a modern technological family company with 83 employees. Our program started with simple windings and continued with its high volume serial production. The demands and needs of the market led us to manufacture of exacting products and today we produce various electromechanical and electronic devices.
Due to need of tools, technological devices and automating of production we organised own toolshop and construction. The remaining tool capacities are offered to the market as individual machine work, constructing and CNC programming, tools for technical thermoplastic and plastic parts.
