These currently range from thermoforming and ultrasonic welding to pad printing, hot stamping, screen printing, painting, ablation- and cutting lasers, (PVD-) metallization up to robot-guided seal foaming and high-gloss polishing, among others.

However, our consistent INLINE manufacturing philosophy is unparalleled. With our expertise in automation technology, we can link injection molding directly and fully automatically with all surface finishing and assembly processes, thereby achieving unique process consistency and cost-effectiveness even for small and medium batch sizes.

Our technical program office machining cycles using 3D modelers (ProEngineer- WildFire) and cam (WorkNc- Cut).The finish of the mold holder is made on machining centers, equipped with thermal probes and laser tool setting for tools, so as to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tolerances imposed by the project.We realize mold holders for the containers of the sector (food and non) packaging, where the thickness of the molded parts is of a few tenths.We also do mold bases for engineering goods, automotive industry (glazing) with numerous inclined trolleys, multicavity and sandwich boxes and various types of containers

Company „Vitalii & Son“ has been developing and producing stretch moulds for PET bottles and containers even since this technology first took off in 1988 in Bulgaria.

Our know-how extends up to “containers” with a content of 5, 10, 12, litres and even 5 gallons in a wide variety of shapes.
Our design department is familiar with the special features of these large containers and the possibilities of production on the various types of blowing machines. Comprehensive advice for such projects is available to you at any time.
Hot-Fill Blow Moulds
We have already produced a large number of steel moulds for the hot-fill technology.
Through the development of own manufacturing technologies, we reach smooth surfaces. We cut the manufacturing costs for those moulds considerably and in the same time reduce the weight of the moulds.
