The necessary molds come from our own production sites in Germany, Hungary and China. We are specialized in free-form surfaces tools up to a total weight of 12 tons.

Our company has 13 plastic injection machines which have a clamping force of up to 100 t and can produce parts weighing up to 200 g. We also have an automatic packing machine for tubular bags that can pack any kind of bulk material. As well as a pad printing machine with a cliché size of 100×100 mm. With this machine park and our close cooperation with several tool manufacturers, project planning and production of technical parts are also possible at short notice. Punctual delivery and quality are, of course, our top priorities.

We produce plastic parts with a wide variety of manufacturing processes, including injection molding and thermoplastic foam casting parts and process them according to customer by ultrasonic welding or hot embossing.
