Established in 1999, and previously part of 1 of 6 plants in Slovenska Armatúrka Myjava. We produce according to customer´s drawings turning parts.
We have single and multispindle automats and CNC lathe machines, working with brass, steel, and stainless steel.
Mass production is for parts from diameter 3 mm up to 14 mm and other parts up to 51 mm.
Long parts we do on CNC sliding head machine_Citizen up to diameter 20mm.
We produce parts for all branches of industry.

Nava Endüstri Ürünleri San. ve Tic. is a manufacturing company, which produces Zinc and Aluminium alloy pressure die castings. It has also facilities for tool making, where it makes its own die casting tools as well as plastic injection molding tools.

Nava has also the capability to do secondary work on the die castings such as deburring, grinding,vibratory finishing, drilling, tapping. It also realizes the assembly of die castings with eachother or with other parts.

The electroplating and powderpainting jobs are also performed with secondary suppliers under control of Nava.

We see ourselves as a full-service supplier with a focus on customer-specific operating units and offer the production of electromechanical assemblies and the procurement of all necessary components.

PTO is a young and dynamic start-up that was founded in spring 2020. The vision we are pursuing is to offer our customers added value through in-depth knowledge in the field of plastics technology. Because of our ties to our home country, we attach great importance to the Swabian work mentality, paired with determination and innovative spirit. Our current project is the further development of in-house production that is as CO2 neutral as possible. Since September 2021, we have been able to produce our products in consistent and first-class quality on ultra-modern, all-electric injection molding machines. Thanks to the lean company structure, components can be manufactured cost-effectively and within a very short period of time. On an area of approx. 500 m², 3 all-electric injection moulding machines (100to/180to/280to), equipped with monitoring systems and the highest perfection of requested components, produce large and small batches.

From our own (100% WFOE) production plant in China, we provide in-house manufacturing of injection molds and injection molded products. This is the only way how we can secure the quality and protect your Intellectual Property, so you can rest assured that your product is in safe hands. QDP has more than 20 years experience in injection molding and product development.

We are a Dutch contract manufacturer/ product development partner, specialized in developing, manufacturing and assembling hardware products made of steel, aluminium or plastics, in Shanghai, China. We offer multiple manufacturing processes and in-house assembly under ISO certified processes so that you do not need to worry about the quality and not about your IP.

We manage our own in-house assembly just outside of Shanghai and our suppliers are available within a 300km radius around Shanghai so that we can monitor and control them. Our in-house engineers can support you to optimize your design for mass production. In case you also need design support we can also offer you a solution through our design partners. Electronics and Software are not within our in-house capability but we have local partners who can support us here. We are focusing on the following sectors: Medical, Lighting, Green-Energy and general industry.
