Terxo's development and production departments are under the same roof. In both departments, experts use state-of-the-art design and production equipment to develop and implement ideas and proposals. TESNILA GK d.o.o. is a specialized producer of injection-moulded-rubber-parts. Our core-competence is the production of parts that require sophisticated know-how, f.e. bellows, CVJ boots; parts that cause problems in serial production for other producers and that have very high demands in subject to quality and a variety of standards. We produce from following materials (sorted by quantity): NBR, EPDM, CR, VMQ, NR, SBR, H-NBR, FPM, ECO, ACM, etc. Our production of bellows covers a range of 0,8 g/pc to 788 g/pc in series between 100 to 10 mio pcs per year. Costs for the tools (moulds) are on customers' side - only in special cases an exceptional agreement might be found.
