Who we are
Tomplast was born in September 2002 in Altavilla Vicentina, by the precise need of "L'inglesina Baby SPA", the leader in the production of baby prams and strollers.
After the initial start-up phase, the company quickly increased its business and its business volume to expand years ago both as a surface and as a fleet.
Today the company operates in two adjacent and communicating establishments of 1000 m2 each and employs a staff of about 30 people.
Tomplast specializes in injection molding of thermoplastic materials and the resulting assembly of printed details is ISO 9001 certified since 2005.
The services Tomplast can offer in addition to the above mentioned processes are packing, stamping, chrome plating, studying, designing and making molds.
The company is present today as well as in the field of early childhood, also in the field of gardening, lighting, furniture and PET.
Tomplast has a fleet of different tonnage (80 TON to 320 TON) Negri Bossi, NPM, Sandretto, Haitian.
Each machine is also equipped with robots, manipulators, dematerializers, dehumidifiers / dryers for technical materials, water thermoregulators and thermoregulation units on hot chambers.
The company also has a polyamide conditioning system after molding.
The most processed thermoplastic materials are: PA6-66, PA6 + GF, PP, POM, ABS, SEBS, PE LD-HD, PS.
Always very attentive to the relationship with the customer and respecting the commitments made, the company can now count on a technical and commercial staff able to guarantee speed of execution, professionalism and quality at all stages of the manufacturing and sales cycle .


Services

MOLDING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
The Tomplast technical office working in continuous contact with the customer is able to make the mold according to the required directions and requirements, providing all the experience accumulated in many years of activity in the industry.We can also suggest modifications and improvements to the designs of the plastic parts to obtain the best possible product in the final molding phase. We also use the mold construction beforehand to use rapid prototyping to simulate the final result of the product right away.


INJECTION MOLDING
The molding department uses 18 injection presses connected to a recent drying, dehumidifying and distribution plant for raw materials. Equipped with robots and manipulators and distributed over an area of about 1000 sqm they have a tonnage ranging from 70 tonnes to 320 tonnes. Various types of raw materials are processed, from polypropylene to polyamide 6, 6.6 with different types of fillers, acetalic resins and tons of different hardness. There is also a polyamide conditioning system that allows the use of the printed component quickly.


ASSEMBLY PROCESSING
The assembly unit of about 1000 sqm has fitted mounting lines of riveting machines, manual and self-powered pneumatic screwdrivers.The assembly that is carried out in Tomplast is intended to provide the customer with a complete product in all its parts. Tomplast therefore becomes the only interlocutor with the optimization of the production steps in respect of the quality and the costs required by the customer.

The "red all-purpose dowel" has made our company well-known: We are leaders in the field of all-purpose dowels. As a medium-sized family business, we have been offering around 1,500 branded dowels and fastening systems since 1941. The comprehensive range - from cavity dowels, expansion dowels, heavy-duty anchors, sanitary and frame dowels to insulation fixings - is consistently geared to the needs of customers and end users. Production takes place exclusively in Germany, in the Swabian town of Krauchenwies. This guarantees a consistently high production quality, quick disposition and ability to deliver as well as short distances to the customer.

Many craftsmen and do-it-yourselfers rely on the original - and thus on the red tri-dowel. This all-purpose anchor was the first of its kind and was invented by us in 1973. To this day, we rely on branded dowels that impress with their high processing quality. This makes us one of the leading suppliers on the German market - and we make it to number one among countless metalworkers, sanitary specialists, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and drywallers who use TOX dowels every day.

Today we stand for innovative products and competent solutions in the field of fastening technology.

TRANSCOM’S was established in 1990 as a production enterprise for the manufacture of spare parts for railway braking systems. In 1997 the producing capacity of the company was concentrated upon the development of overhead contact lines’ element base of the national railway infrastructure of 27.5kV. That production process is as responsible and technologically similar to the manufacture of spare parts for braking systems.

Since TRANSCOM’S is specialized in tool manufacturing, casting and machining of precise, relatively small steel details (usually up to 10kg), we didn`t confine to air brakes and catenary only, but we widen our product list with various elements and modules needed by the wagon-building industry.

TRANSCOM’S nowadays supplies all the 27 bulgarian wagon-repair and wagon-building factories with spare parts and assemblies, and exports its products to Romania, Serbia, France and Germany.
