Our company is producing plastic parts for over 25 years. We also produce the required tools ourselves. If required, we will build prototypes. For the non-automotive sector, we offer development services for our customers. All our activities are done climate neutral.

The current market program BERGI-PLAST GmbH comprises, on the basis of this experience and high professional competence in the areas of plastics technology and tool development of technical methods and tools (molds) for the plastics processing, and the manufacture and distribution of injection molded parts. Customers for these products are in particular the packaging and automotive industries.



The company is a certified supplier to the automotive industry according to ISO / TS 16949:2009. In the closing section BERGI-PLAST is certified according to DIN ISO 9001. The ISO 14001:2004 certificate we received for our environmental management.

Bergplast Kunststoff GmbH & Co.KG is an owner-managed medium-sized company
Family business with headquarters in Upper Franconia directly on the motorway A73.
With our currently 50 employees we produce technical thermoplastic parts made of reinforced and unreinforced plastics in 1K and 2K processes. Our injection molding machines include tonnage sizes with clamping forces of 25 t. up to 350 t.
In addition to the production of technical injection molded parts, the production of the associated injection molding tools is part of our service portfolio.
Change requests of the customers are not a problem for us, because we have our own construction in addition to our toolmaking.

Besafilm is a family-run company of Colognola ai Colli (Verona), founded in 1987 thanks to the happy intuition of Santino Beltrame, father of Youri Beltrame, today owner and sole administrator of a reality with a great tradition, rooted in the territory but oriented to the future and to continuous technological evolution: capable of providing a third-party service for any industrial sector.
Our company, expert in cutting and rewinding from roll to roll, in particular plastic and paper, is today able to cut any material.
We have moved from an artisan company to an industrial company with excellent manpower. All this thanks to the work carried out by around 30 employees, who work 24/7, thanks to a fleet of re-reeling machines that represent the best in circulation, capable of guaranteeing high precision work .
