Mobility has become one of the largest industries for GREIN over the last 30 years. In the meantime, several million parts are processed every year by stamping, laser cutting and milling for the automotive industry.

Sheet metal and metal, wood, rubber, foam, textiles complete the possible range of materials for cutting and processing. As a result, GREIN can also offer customers from other business areas punching and cutting.

Thanks to the location Eschwege, in the middle of Germany, logistics is a simple task for GREIN both nationally and internationally. The years of experience allow for a timely implementation as well as a certified quality according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.

Gronbach has been developing and producing components and complex assemblies on a production area of over 20,000 m2 with 290 employees since 1964 and has also specialised in the processing of stainless steel and aluminium, surface finishing and plastic injection moulding. In the area of production technologies, we have specialized primarily in the surface refinement of stainless steel and aluminum, the production of functional and visible components as well as plastic injection molding and adhesive technology. GTK-Prototype UG was founded in 2014 by Tobias Günther and initially dealt with rapid prototyping machines.

Over the years, CNC milling and turning as well as assembly and development work were added due to customer requirements.

GTK-Prototype develops and designs on behalf of customers as well as internally using the most modern CAD systems such as Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360 and others and inserts them into a comprehensive CAM system.
Through the production of prototypes in medical technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive sector, GTK-Prototype was able to acquire extensive experience in manufacturing.

In 2018, the production option laser cutting was added.

GTK-Prototype is currently based in Neuhausen near Tuttlingen and will move to the newly built company location in Radolfzell in the course of 2022.
