The Heinz graves GmbH is a small company in 71397 people stream and produces molded rubber products and rubber-metal connections for reputable companies in the engineering, automotive and medical.

According to drawings or samples we produce parts from all elastomers in various manufacturing techniques such as printing presses and transfer presses.

From about 2000 different compounds, we can offer you the optimum solution for all types of rubber molded articles.

Since its founding in 1991, we are a full-service in our core competencies plastic injection molding and toolmaking. With our highly modern and energy efficient machinery, we achieve automated and well-structured production processes and provide our customers with maximum flexibility and a high level of service-oriented production.We currently have in our injection molding machines of the latest generation 11 with a guard between 350 kN and 4,200 kN. The producible Article spectrum ranges from 0.01 g of light and microscopic safety pin, up to 1.7 kg heavy containers. We process all common thermoplastic and elastomeric plastics, whether reinforced or unreinforced. In addition, we have experience in the processing of high temperature plastics such as PEEK and PSU.

In our fully equipped tool and mold making, we manufacture over 90% of injection molding tools in-house, thereby achieving a high level of vertical integration. The latest CAD / CAM software and 5-axis machining centers ensure high productivity and also enable maximum cost efficiency.
