The SHEPHERD WORKS are a specialist in the development, manufacture and distribution of products from sheet metal and stainless steel. The extraordinary realization rate in the manufacture of products made of sheet steel results from the close cooperation of all production facilities with our own steel service center EMW that with a storage capacity of 100,000 tonnes of sheet metal necessary for processing coils, slit coils, blanks and formats in high quality short provides.

At the German and Czech manufacturing facilities of the company are CNC punching and bending centers (Trumpf, Salvagnini, Amada), automatic presses (stamping or deep drawing), assembly robots and systems for powder coating of the latest generation available.

SCHAEFER Container Systems is a leading global provider of high-quality container systems (kegs) for beer, wine and soft drinks, as well as IBC and special stainless steel containers for liquids, solids and granules.

SCHAEFER developed IT system, designs and produces server and network cabinets and data center-and water-cooled server cabinet solutions. In addition, SCHAEFER IT system planning support and other services on the basis of partnerships with specialized companies.

Black Forest metallwarenfabrik Haugg GmbH has more als115 years of experience in tool-based sheet metal processing in the conventional processing techniques such as punching and deep drawing, both in small-series production with a single tool as well as in mass production with follow dance and progressive tool.

Our combination of tool-linked manufacturing and CNC machining possibility opens customized solutions for complex cases in the sheet metal.

The variety of available in the Haugg group joining techniques with the welding points, stud welding, seam welding, oxyacetylene, electrodes, MIG / MAG, TIG and plasma, with AC and DC power and our other joining techniques such as riveting, screwing or gluing may be mentioned here only as an example mentioned in order to illustrate the wide range of editing options.
