Founded in 1998, ARCARM S.R.L. is a manufacturer of technical rubber parts for various industries. The company is specialized on hydraulic rubber seals for the automotive and construction industry, but recently has expanded into almost every industry in need of rubber molded components. Certified rubber compounds (NR, NBR, EPDM, Silicone, FKM, CR, etc.) from different manufacturers are used in the parts production process. ATOS has been designing and building injection molding tools in north-east Italy since 2000. Thanks to our project department in the company, we are able to produce high-quality tools on time.
Our main activity covers unlimited industries: from automotive, household appliances, packaging to white goods, technical and aesthetic parts, sports and leisure, office / furniture, industrial transport, lighting, telephone industry, fastening, medical and rubber parts. All new areas are our challenges!
The technologies we successfully use are 2 - 3k, IML, internal gas pressure. Turntable, cube, transfer and multiple tools (up to 128 cavities) can be found at ATOS for production!
Our production range also offers prototype aluminum molds and tools with automatic and semi-automatic operation; Low-cost molds and tools for small series.
In addition to our main activity, we offer tool service: adjustment, maintenance, servicing and repairs, including on third-party tools.

Magnetic Media Mechanics Ltd. was founded on the 9th of October 2000, as an independent company on the territory of former big factory “Magnetic Media” Co."

It is situated near the motorway, in Dragor, municipality of Pazardzhik. The company is 108 km away from Sofia and 35 km away from Plovdiv.

We specialize in the manufacture of complex components of the tooling and engineering, typically in the lot size "one" and even small lots & prototypes.

We are equipped with machinery that covers the entire process chain of such components. From the pre-and soft processing, about the hardships in the area of the tool and machine typical types of steel, extends to the finish in air-conditioned rooms, our machinery. Machining Centers / Drilling / milling from DMG / DMU and Hermle, Roeder HSC milling, turning / lathe Mori Seiki and Okuma, grinders grinding / Jig Grinding by Hauser, Kellenberger, and the young and the EDM / DEM Wire EDM / EDM SEM from AgieCharmilles and OPS / Ingersoll are installed by us.

With 170 machine operators and 120 machines we make about 450,000 per year production hours.
