The site of Gepforg is in Kóka, in Hungary, which is situated 40kms from Budapest. It was founded in 1990 with the participation of private ownership. The manager and also the owner is: Laczkó Ferenc. The history of our company run back over two decades. As a result of dynamic development, at present this medium-sized company uses an up-to-date CNC machine technology. Gepforg supplies different parts to a number of automobile factory and to their suppliers. We produce a wide range of parts (from air conditioner connector to electric motor houses). In 2003, Gepforg introduced the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management system. The company is an accurate and a reliable partner because of the practise of the quality assurance according to the international standard and because of the direct contact with the partners. We manufacture the highest quality zinc die castings for the automotive industry, housing for the electronics and communications and for all pneumatic applications. Furthermore, we manufacture zinc die castings for all types of hardware, particularly window and door fittings from zinc diecast and furniture fittings.

The zinc die casting a zinc alloy melt, the liquid is pressed under high pressure and high speed in a die-casting mold. This process takes place in dependence on the required surface quality and wall thickness within about 10 to 20 milliseconds.

Here castings of high precision, hardness and strength can be produced.

Because of the relatively low melting point and a particularly narrow solidification range of zinc alloys particularly close tolerances and demanding surfaces can be produced when zinc die casting. In this way the production of large quantities of a molding is possible.

Zinc die casting is suitable for the smallest parts up to medium sized parts with complicated shape.

The core competence around zinc was and remains the focus of Grillo-Werke AG. Zinc metallurgy and sulfur chemistry belong together from the origin, but the two elements zinc and sulfur are the essential components of the parent ores. So there is still a natural context in current production.

THE COMPANY

The United diecast GmbH is a young company in the industry production and processing of zinc die-cast - products, Eichsfeld in the middle of Germany.

Our company was founded on 01.08.1998 as a limited company by Mrs. Margaret large. Since then, the workforce has steadily increased, so that at present about 90 employees working in our company.

As a training company we currently offer 7 trainees an apprenticeship.

Our performance profile

Our service includes the manufacture and processing of die-cast zinc - products from the untreated raw material to finished and packaged finished part and required its installation.

As a supplier, we produce about 1,200 different products for our customers in Europe.

In the first quarter of 2008, our company was certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
