The production of die cast parts made of zinc alloys (Zamax) is our product line and the manufactured parts have to carry a weight range of 2 g min to max 2 Kg We are structured around the following mechanical machining:
Curls, countersinking, thread cutting, sand blasting, drums and assembly. In addition, the following surface treatments such as nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, painting and powder coating can be carried out. As for our quality, we have besides the usual mechanical instruments via the following electronic devices: Digital - gauges, tensile testing, three-dimensional Dea Swift, motor-driven, for Erstmuterprüfberichte provided with software for storing and periodic inspection of all identified dimensions.All measurements are archived on the PC and thus we have the following options: storage and data processing with compressed possibility of checks carried out; Rückvervollbarkeit of the product by means of identification that is done by assigning the lot number. FONDERIA SAN CLEMENTE was established in 1968, today, after 35 years experience and several development stages, it directed its commitment to the pressure die-casting process which , nowadays, has reached the highest degree of technology, reliability and economy in the production of light-alloy castings.

FONDERIA SAN CLEMENTE extends on a covered surface of 6.000, for a total area of 14.000 mq. and has an operational staff of 20 employees. In its development it has gained a lot of experience both in the technical and in the commercial field, arriving to follow and satisfy so all the requirements which are the particular feature of the present market.
As a matter of fact , its target is offering differentiated services:

dies construction;
supplies of raw castings;
supplies of castings with surface treatments (sandblasting in inox steel, epoxy painting, galvanic treatments);
supplies of finished castings machined by CNC machining centres;
supplies of pre-assembled parts; warehouse operating with just in time method (JIT).

Family Aluminium foundry, we are specialized in gravity die casting, we develope the project with internal software and co design with client new casting, we could also do simulation. The new Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari S.p.a. has been established in 2014 from the merger of the two aluminum foundries of the Tazzari Group: Fomet Spa and Shell Casting Srl with the modern pattern making Modelleria Imolese Srl, based on the know-how of 50 years of history and experience and continuous development in the aluminum castings world, where Tazzari is italian leader since 1963.
The company is located in two plants in Imola for a total of 19000 sqm covered and employ today about 150 persons with a turnover of 25 Mil€ in 2014. It produces small-medium and large aluminum castings up to 3000 kg/each of weight and gravity die-casting as well as low-pressure die-casting from 1kg/each to 40 kg/each. Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari SpA made an high quality production of 2 million of aluminum castings in 2014.

Fonderie de la Bruche is an independent company created in 1981 with a staff of 170 to date. The heart of our activity is the production of parts in aluminum and zinc alloys obtained by die casting.

We are also specialized in the manufacturing of machined parts meeting high requirements with regard to quality such as dimensional accuracy, soundness or surface appearance. A great part of our production is made up of parts meeting strict tightness criteria and used in various industrial fields: pumps, engines, elements of filtration.

We own 15 die casting machines with a closing force ranging between 160 and 530 tons of which more than half function in an entirely automated way. For the machining our equipment is well adapted to the variety of our productions: CN machining centers, special and conventional machines. Also having on our site an automated epoxy coating installation, we are able to offer to our customers painted parts according to their requirements.

The variety of our equipment and our flexibility enables us to meet in an economic way demands for small, average and large series for parts varying from a few grams to 2.5 kg. We export a third of our production to Germany, Switzerland, Benelux countries and the United States.

We have a strong foothold in many sectors like the automotive industry via car parts manufacturers, the filtration, the heating, the agricultural mechanization or even the electrical goods industry. Our company has been operating in the field for forty years. During this time we have been able to gain the trust of most of our customers through the performance and service provided by our aluminium die casting operations.

The factory, which is situated on the Paderno Dugnano industrial estate, covers a total area of 12.000 square metres, 7000 of which are used for offices and industrial units.

Our quality system is ISO 9002 certificated since 1993and in 2002 we obtained the QS 9000 certification .

Our company today has a workforce of around 90 people which, in terms of volume, allows us to produce 2,000,000 Kg/year and to achieve a turnover of around 12 million Euro.

The die casting foundry uses a wide range of modern hydraulically operated equipment, with closing forces ranging from 180 to 1200 tons, which allows us to produce castings with weights ranging from a few grams up to a maximum of 20 Kg.

The factory operates continuously (three eight-hour shifts); some robot equipped machines work automatically without operators, according to production batches.

Attached to the foundry, besides the flashing and finishing shop which use shot-blasting, there is a machining shop with a high number of traditional machines able to perform any type of machining, CNC machine centres, necessary to produce complex machined castings and special purpose machines, used to machine high production volume castings.

Foundry THEVENIN is specialized in manufacturing medium and large series of parts made of aluminum alloys according to the "casting".
The use of systems "control shot", "Squeeze pine", "Thermo-regulation" and "Vacuum" assures us process control, especially without filling pores.



With a complete computer control and free adjustment of injection speeds with closed loop control for optimal filling of molds, using these latest technologies for foundry under pressure enables us to achieve tight mechanical parts , overmouldings inserts and parts with coating (Teflon ®, epoxy, cataphoresis, chromate ...).
