Fisep (www.fisep.com) was founded in 1967 and is a reference point in the production of technical aluminum high-pressure casting (HPDC) and hot-forged brass components, in Italy and abroad, which are mainly used in the automotive industry, industrial pumps, electric motors, earthmoving equipment, gas and hydraulic valves.
In 2018, the company was purchased by New Olef (www.newolef.com), a historic foundry in Brescia, which specializes in the production of technical aluminum alloy components through low pressure casting (LPDC) and gravity casting. The acquisition by New Olef, part of Capigroup, enabled Fisep to add continuity to its growth and implement an important investment plan in terms of human resources and new technologies to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving market.
Fisep provides comprehensive customer support, starting with feasibility studies, MAGMA simulations, co-design, planning and project management activities.
In addition, Fisep can offer its customers turnkey solutions, which, in addition to hot forging, also include the production of molds with highly qualified partners, precision machining and assembly activities.
The HPDC plant has 16 automated work islands with clamping forces ranging from 170 t to 1450 t, which can produce castings up to 25 kg. Equipped with lubricants, operated by anthropomorphic robots to handle and separate the castings. The foundry consists of 4 melting furnaces, which make it possible to process various aluminum alloys at the same time. The finishing department has 3 different types of sandblasting machines.
The brass hot forging plant has 6 working islands with clamping forces of 150 t to 320 t, which can form components up to 2 kg. Equipped with graphitization machines and autonomously controlled billet heating furnaces. The CNC machining department consists of 4 CNC transfers and a 4-axis machining center with a rotary table.

Fonderie de la Bruche is an independent company created in 1981 with a staff of 170 to date. The heart of our activity is the production of parts in aluminum and zinc alloys obtained by die casting.
We are also specialized in the manufacturing of machined parts meeting high requirements with regard to quality such as dimensional accuracy, soundness or surface appearance. A great part of our production is made up of parts meeting strict tightness criteria and used in various industrial fields: pumps, engines, elements of filtration.
We own 15 die casting machines with a closing force ranging between 160 and 530 tons of which more than half function in an entirely automated way. For the machining our equipment is well adapted to the variety of our productions: CN machining centers, special and conventional machines. Also having on our site an automated epoxy coating installation, we are able to offer to our customers painted parts according to their requirements.
The variety of our equipment and our flexibility enables us to meet in an economic way demands for small, average and large series for parts varying from a few grams to 2.5 kg. We export a third of our production to Germany, Switzerland, Benelux countries and the United States.

Our company has been operating in the field for forty years. During this time we have been able to gain the trust of most of our customers through the performance and service provided by our aluminium die casting operations.
The factory, which is situated on the Paderno Dugnano industrial estate, covers a total area of 12.000 square metres, 7000 of which are used for offices and industrial units.
Our quality system is ISO 9002 certificated since 1993and in 2002 we obtained the QS 9000 certification .
Our company today has a workforce of around 90 people which, in terms of volume, allows us to produce 2,000,000 Kg/year and to achieve a turnover of around 12 million Euro.
The die casting foundry uses a wide range of modern hydraulically operated equipment, with closing forces ranging from 180 to 1200 tons, which allows us to produce castings with weights ranging from a few grams up to a maximum of 20 Kg.
The factory operates continuously (three eight-hour shifts); some robot equipped machines work automatically without operators, according to production batches.
Attached to the foundry, besides the flashing and finishing shop which use shot-blasting, there is a machining shop with a high number of traditional machines able to perform any type of machining, CNC machine centres, necessary to produce complex machined castings and special purpose machines, used to machine high production volume castings.
