We have also mold department in our factory and we are producing our mold’s in that department by self .

The activities of our company are :
-Pressure injection of zamak components up to 1.2 kg
-Machining of injected parts
-Injection of technical thermoplastic components from 0.2 to 200 gr
-Cutting, stamping and swaging of stainless steel components
-Precision engineering
-Finishing work : polishing, sand-blasting, brushing

FAVI develops and manufactures complete subassemblies and technical parts in aluminum, brass and copper pressurized foundry for many sectors of activity.

We work predominantly with the refined-zinc casting alloys Z 410 and Z 430, two universally applicable alloys with very good casting properties and high tensile strength.

We are specialists in the production of castings from 0.5 to 1.500g in small and medium lots at attractive price levels while maintaining a consistently high quality with strict adherence to deadlines.

The main activity is the manufacture of precision turned and milled parts
on CNC machine tools.

In addition to small and medium series, we also manufacture items according to customer
with and without material provision.

By working with powerful regional and national companies
are also heat treatment, surface finishing and gear cutting of the manufactured products possible.

The last audit took place in September 2008 in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 instead.

The company produced very successfully since 2004, professional kitchen equipment, building and successfully complete units and components from leading manufacturers of food processing machines in the catering sector. The company is family owned by the founding family. The owners are actively working in production management, marketing and general management.
In newly-built production rooms with 3,000 m2 area are advanced production equipment such as laser cutting machine Trulaser 3030 from Trumpf, punching nibbling machines from Trumpf and bending-press made by Trumpf. With 35 trained employees, they realize projects in many European countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, England, France, Greece and Romania.
The company is located in southern Bulgaria near the town of Kyustendil, just beside the main axis E-871, Which connects Bulgaria with Macedonia and Greece.
