We process annually ca.32.000 tons of aluminum profiles for up to a By measuring 200 mm and can handle up to 5 axes.

We are a medium sized company with about 20 employees and make printing and die castings of aluminum and zinc according to customer requirements here.

We manufacture in die casting machines with clamping forces between 160 and 300 tons, unit weights 5-3000 grams.

The following alloys are mainly shed by us: 226 D, 230 D, Silafont 09, 231 K, 410 and ZN1110 ZN.

Neber the foundry, we have the ability to edit the gegossenene of us parts to customer specifications. Among other things, we can cut thread, grind and perform various surface treatments.

We have a tool shop, which is mainly used for the repair and maintenance of customer-owned tools. Smaller tools are also manufactured by ourselves.

In our company the products are manufactured and controlled according to customer specific test instructions. Process control charts and the regular inspection by our trained staff will ensure a high quality of products manufactured by us. In September 2010, a quality management system was introduced according to DIN 9001:2008.

The NRU GmbH was founded in 1992 as NRU precision technology GbR by the three partners Dr. Jürgen Jahn, Dr. Ludwig Kant and Dr. Hubert Zeidler. In 1999 2007, the company name, the company name was changed to Precision Technology GmbH NRU and renamed NRU GmbH. The objective at its foundation was, with new developments in the field of rapid prototyping, such as stereolithography to combine classical manufacturing methods such as casting, and so to allow effective production of investment castings in small quantities. We are die-castings & gravity castings producer. The company was found in 1985 in Poland. Currently produced castings are made on 32 high pressure die casting machines (horizontal, vertical, cold- & hot-chamber) with the locking force range from 53t to 1100 t and vacuum vert-a-cast type 400t machine. We make castings from non-ferrous alloys (aluminium, zinc, brass and lead). Our company is equipped with vacuum-pressure resin impregnation line, shot-blasting and sand blasting machines, vibratory grinding machines, threading and drilling machines. Our toolroom is equipped with CNC machining centers, lathes, milling machines, spark erosion machine, surface grinding machines, cylindrical grinding machine etc. Quality control dep. is equipped with spectrometers, durability testing machine, hardness testers, X-ray machine and measuring machine. We cooperate with tool makers, electroplaters and painters (wet and powder). We export our products to Germany, France, UK, USA, Italy & others.
