Since the foundation of the company in 1993, our main goal has been to produce reliable and quality technological equipment for our customers in Lithuania and abroad. Today FORMATEKA Ltd. has the team of 46 qualified employees (the administrative staff of 5 people, 5 designers and technologists, 34 people at the manufacturing division and 2 employees at the quality control division). The area of the company’s premises expanded to 1500 mm2 (300 mm2 for the administrative division). Application of CAD/CAM software and CNC hardware allows manufacturing of quality, precision and reliable products for our customers.

Our company is specialised in manufacturing of sheet metals and plastics which is established in 2003 Izmir / Turkey. We are offering our services for sub-contracting to the other companies.
That is to say, we want to be the sub-contractor of other companies and produce semi or finished products for them, in case of their over capacity or missing process.

White Goods Industry: Refrigerator inner casings, air conditioner inner covers, heating-cooling machinery parts.
Automotive Industry: Seat backrests, in-vehicle parts, vehicle chest protector, vehicle splash guards.
Machinery Industry: Machinery exterior cladding parts, isolation covering materials.
Health Sector: Hospital equipments, ambulance interior cladding parts, stretcher platform covers.
Food Sector: Food transporting palettes.
Transporting Storing Sector: Product transporting palettes, material storing palettes, metal separators.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES:
The services offered are cutting, bending and welding processes of aluminum, stainless sheet, DKP, INOX, HRP, galvanized sheets and plates with laser cut, punch cut and press brake machines located in sheet forming unit; and the forming of ABS, PVC, Plexiglass and acrylic plastic plates are carried out with thermoforming (vacuuming) machines in plastics forming unit; and finally gas metal arc, mig, mag and tig weldings services.
