Stirline GmbH is your specialist for contract manufacturing in friction stir welding and CNC metalworking, with more than 5 years of experience in industrial FSW contract manufacturing for battery trays, inverter housings, electric motors and cooling applications. With us you get everything from a single source, devices - processes - serial parts!

We start with the first sample series, up to the series production of several 100,000 pieces. We weld with 100% data tracking, and our GOM system also ensures our high quality standard.

We are a motivated and competent team in the field of milling, welding and assembly. Our company was founded in 2016 and currently has 8 permanent employees, which can be increased to more than 20 employees if necessary. The company's headquarters are in Sumperk, in the north-eastern part of the Czech Republic. Our employees can be deployed 24 hours a day for your needs.

SAMOTEH srl is a company that has been operating in the field of light metal carpentry for 20 years, offering processing and production services for third parties such as:

Company SAND-SA started operations in 1999 with the installation of electrostatic powder coatings. In 2003 we expanded our activity with cutting, bending, welding, sheet metal, manufacturing of metal parts, structures, machine parts, housings and fixtures for machine tools and other welding details.

Company SAND-SA has a long tradition in the production of metal products.
The principal activities of the company is production of sheet metal parts from 0.5 to 120 mm. - welding fixtures and structures, metal boxes and cabinets, metal parts for building construction and metalworking services.
The company has a system for application of electrostatic powder polymer coatings on metal products.

Consultancy, prototypes and series parts

For more than 50 years Sass-metal manufactures drawing, deep drawing and bending parts especially for the rubber processing industry. After the experience gained we support at an early stage of development very strictly to our clients in the development and improvement of rubber-metal parts. With the help of in-house design (SolidWorks) the designs can be quickly implemented in tools and prototypes in our own tool. Already in this phase is taken by using a robust quality to mass production techniques. For series production will be built depending on the part geometry insertion progressive or transfer dies. In the part surface (oiled, washed or provided with corrosion protection) take note of the special requirements of vulcanization.

As the base material cold and hot bands are used in the thickness range between 1 and 5 mm. To meet the need for lighter components, we also process steel up to 600 N / mm ².

We, Sauerland Metall Technik GmbH, are a young sheet metal processing company from Sauerland. We are able to produce laser/edged parts and nibble/edged parts, we also have various press-fit centers with which we can provide sheet metal parts with almost any type of press-fit elements, we also offer MAG, MIG, WIG, laser welding and spot welding, and we also have a second location where we assemble complex components.
