Precision injection molding, multi-component injection molding (2K and 3K), thermoplastic foam (TSF), filter technology, gears, and Insert-/Outsert-Technik and Verabreitung of high-performance plastics form the basis of our production technologies. Your demanding components we manufacture injection molding machines with clamping forces from 150 kN to 5000 kN and shot weights from 0.3 g to 2,000 g, the required injection molds are manufactured in our in-house mold or also with international partners.

The surfaces of your articles we finish by painting, printing, EMC coatings and decorative metal coatings. For joining components we use welding and bonding techniques. We are happy to install your assemblies or complete products and pack them after function testing in retail packaging.
