The John Banholzer Metallwarenfabrikation GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized companies in Berlin, which has been operating for more than half a century as a manufacturer of forged parts, especially for the automotive industry.

Our core competence lies in the metal forming. We manufacture high quality stamping, bending, - and drawing parts of varying difficulty in a variety of lot sizes.

With our modern stamping and transfer machines with a pressing force 50-320 t we can edit tape material comprises from 0.1 up to 6.5 mm for all common steel, stainless steel and non-metal materials and even stamping gold-plated circuit boards as well as two deep drawing presses 115-250 tons of force also manufacture deep drawn parts.

To our manufacturing range includes the manufacturing of sheet metal and welded assemblies by welding and assembly fixtures.

The basis of our performance in the series production represents the tool and fixtureThese include conception, design and construction of optimally designed for the purpose of tools in close cooperation with our customers. Company Description
The company Hermann sheet GmbH was founded in 1949. The range includes precision sheet metal work from the board to the finished product. From prototype to series with all the trimmings.

By Hermann Blechtechnik they get everything from a single source, as we work in the same company group with specialized companies and from one piece. From the development, design 2 +3 D, prototyping, testing through to series production and delivery of finished products according to our customers.

New to Hermann Blechtechnik: Electromobility Development Production of 2 and 4Rad vehicles. Production of HOT CHILI mountain bikes Street Steppers Body Buddy as a new fitness machine. Prototype of ELMOTO as electric motorcycle clothing. Development of Stepelec g of an electrically driven stepper.

Alloy Additive transforms the metal manufacturing processes by 3D metal printing. With its wire+arc additive manufacturing (waam) technology, large scale parts made out of Ti64, 316L stainless steel, Inconel625-718 alloys can be manufactured. Alloy Additive is capable of manufacture parts with the size of 1x1x1.5 m.

When we started in 1995, the plastic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) had long been invented. Nevertheless, Alptec was able to establish itself as a manufacturing specialist for P T F E and P T F E/compound products within a short period of time. Because not only delivery dates and unit costs are decisive for our customers (internationally), but also an understanding of the application — and precision.

We bring the valuable properties of PTFE to bear wherever they are essential for your products and solutions: whether in the automotive industry, in mechanical engineering or in another high-tech sector. Alptec will manufacture semi-finished products for you or produce finished parts in accordance with the drawings. Thanks to efficient and reliable manufacturing systems, we meet the highest quality criteria even with tight time and cost requirements.

Development Innovation Center, an institution for the promotion of entrepreneurship, research and development is established by the Sibenik-Knin County. The Central Finance and Contracting Agency has approved within IPA program funds for its arrangement and equipment. Apart from the EU funds, the project is co-financed by the Šibenik-Knin County. Facilities intended for activities connected to regional development and encouragement of entrepreneurship in development of new technologies and final products are being equipped in an ex-military complex that was given to the city of Šibenik by the state. Maritime Innovation Center iNAVIS is also located in the same facilities.

The facilities consist of a laboratory for testing the quality of aluminium products and other metal products, construction bureau and workshop for construction of models of final products, exhibition area for innovators, conference hall intended for education of entrepreneurs, primarily in new technologies - 3D product design and preparation for CNC production, holding meetings, presentations, center for renewable energy sources, center for clusters and office for EU projects.

The size of the center is approximately 800 m2. Apart from arrangement and equipment of the facilities, activities connected to education of regional and local government employees as well as entrepreneurs in usage of new technologies in production (of mostly aluminium products) also take place in the facilities. The project lasts until December 2015.
