Metal wire mesh
Since 1891, the manufacturing of high-quality metal wire meshs has been one of our core activities. Over a century of experience doesn’t mean, however, that we rest on our laurels – rather, we take it as an incentive to maintain our advantage in terms of expertise and continuously build on this.
Today we manufacture using the latest technology and methods, certified to the ISO 9044 standard. This allows us to ensure for ourselves and our customers the thing that makes BEISSERMETALL metal meshs special: the highest quality.

Filtration technology
As we produce the metal wire mesh ourselves, we are able to react flexibly to all customer demands in terms of the desired filtration technology. We ensure that all components fit perfectly together, in order to achieve the filtration characteristics which are optimal for each application.
With our pre-assembled filtration technology we produce filters from metal mesh, flocked metal mesh, spot-welded gratings, woven wire mesh, fleece, perforated plates and expanded metals.

Sheet metal processing
The ability to work with wire with perfect precision is far from being a guarantee of the ability to work with sheet metal in a similar wire. However, a company wanting to provide optimal, complex customer solutions from a single provider will ensure that they master this technology too. BEISSERMETALL aims to do this. That’s why the same applies to sheet processing and to all of BEISSERMETALL’s services: whatever the material, whether mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium, whether cutting, reshaping or joining, customers receive the optimal solution at the highest level of quality. The machine park of our folding and bending department consists of CNC-controlled 7-axis folding and bending machines with a working length of up to 4 meters. This enables us to manufacture even complex shapes and radius edges for numerous industrial applications.Our bending profiles guarantee optimized series production of your designs.
The department was recently expanded to include a semi-automatic swivel bending center. Always up to date, Belia srl started with the Kaizen principle in order to keep the efficiency and programming under control and to keep the customer punctual and on time.

Our German colleague Mr. Wolfgang Ralf Dorenkamp is of course available to you 24 hours a day for all requirements and technical advice. A fully automatic Wise and Astes sorting system ensures that many of Belia srl's customers run smoothly.
