We manufacture since 1938 metal products for technical uses, punched, laser cut, bent, bent, deep drawn, pressed, drilled, threaded, countersunk hardened. Thanks to a large stock of raw materials, with more than 1,300 different varieties or thicknesses we can deliver at very short notice.



The tools required for our manufacturing are produced in our own tool shop.We can advise you when planning or designing a part, in order to develop the most economical solution.
Our specialty: R total - in the quality design, concentric and flat, of any material suitable for punching, even small series. General Tolerances: + / - 0.05mm. Since we make mostly non-standardized rings according to the special requirements of our customers, we do not hold the finished goods warehouse.

Our main field of activity is the production of customer-specific stamped and bent parts made of strip and wire.

Special raw material is required for each product. For this purpose, we purchase slit strips and wire made of stainless steel and spring steels, copper, brass, bronze, nickel silver, beryllium and other alloys. We process dimensions from 0.05 to 3 mm thick for strip material and 0.10 to 5 mm diameter for wire.

In further production steps, we assemble stamped parts with other components such as electronic components, insulation foils or pressure foams to form customer-specific assemblies.

The spectrum starts with simple assembly parts that are assembled in auxiliary devices by trained personnel. For complex assemblies, we use pick-and-place machines with welding robots, in which camera systems are integrated for 100% control.
