The Duroset Kft was founded in 2009 as a subsidiary of a family business that has been operating successfully in Austria for more than 20 years.
We develop to new products, make plastic molds for our injection molding machines that produce small and large series. The focus is on the interest to meet the quality requirements of our customers maximum and can offer competitive pricing concepts simultaneously. We work constantly to optimizing and developing our technology. Highest quality standards apply to the execution of the final products.

We process thermoplastics (fusible plastics) and thermosets (thermosetting plastics by heat).
Our specialty is the processing of engineering plastics in the thermosetting but also in the thermoplastic range.
For hygienic packaging of food products, we have developed our innovative IML technology-line.IML - In Mould Labeling - allows a qualitative and aesthetic high standard in packaging: Individual decorations and labels are directly integrated into the package.

- Tool
With the acquisition of competent EGEN mold in Lüdenscheid on 01.07.2010 in the Dietrich Group, we implement complex customer requirements from prototype to series production from a single source for the external tool needs. 01.12.2011 For the EGEN mold has taken over the employees and the fixed assets of the Wiesner GmbH toolmaking capacity expansion. With modern machinery and currently 25 employees, we have specialized in precision molds for technical products with highest quality standards.

- Processing thermoplastics
Our production line consists of 34 Arburg injection molding machines with a production area of 15-200 tons. Closing force. It produces the article of 0.01 g to 300 g in 1K and 2K technology, as well as all-electric machines, monitored by an MDE / BDE system. Metallteilumspritzung, hot foil stamping, clean room manufacturing and assembly are also part of production competence.

To ensure a permanently high level of quality of all manufacturing steps, our company meets the following requirements: DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2009-11.
Using the latest line of software, supported by 3D measurement technology, supports and monitors our production in what they do. So we place the highest demands of our customers.

Ekstrametal, founded in 1987, is a medium size foundry providing high quality solutions to it’s customers at every stage from design to the finish machining of nodular and grey cast iron components.

Ekstrametal have amassed over 30 years experience and gained extensive professional expertise in the production of a variety of parts and components to highly respected well known companies. Our clients are operational in the following sectors, agricultural machinery, ship building, machine manufacturing, railways, construction, and hydraulics etc. Over 90% of our production is to countries within the European Union.

Located in the first dedicated Industrial Zone of Ankara, Ekstrametal’s production facilities are divided split into two specialist foundries. Together they have 16,000 tons/year casting capacity. Through optimised production capacity and high-quality operating equipment, customer’s requests for single and series production can be responded to quickly, flexibly and reliably, at all times ensuring fast response and high quality standards are maintained.

Extensive investment has ensured that the most innovative technologies and latest generation machines tools are able to deliver 9,000 tons machining capacity per year.

Collectively the foundries and the machining plant are installed within a 38,000 square meter covered area.
