Josef Sebek company was created in 1990. In the same year to the initial manufacturing of metal furniture was added a final finish of metal components - with powder thermosetting plastics. In 1993 was newly set up a furniture plant and placed the company between one of the most prominent producers of library, archives and museums interiors. WELDING TECHNOLOGY Our core competence lies, among other things, in creating high-quality joining technology. Our quality standards are certified by DIN ISO 1090-2 EXC 2 and DIN EN ISO 9001/2015. DIN ISO 1090-3 certification for aluminum is currently under development. Certified welding specialists are available for this purpose. We draw on a wealth of experience, particularly in the area of joining steels up to S355 and chromium-nickel steels, and we also meet the various quality requirements (in accordance with DIN standards) of our customers in other areas. Projects with components up to 20 m in length and unit weights of up to 15 t have already been completed. Our machinery also includes a welding robot with a torch-changing system for processing various additional materials in one component. The processing of components up to 4500x1500mm and up to a weight of 1000kg is possible.
