Who are we

IAT Industrielle Anlagentechnik AG is a manufacturer and service provider of products made from various materials with the following focus areas.

Manufacture of semi-finished and finished products according to customer requirements
Manufacture and assembly of components
Welding, assembly and testing on site

Our company was founded in 1992 as a vehicle and metal construction company. From the outset, manufacturing components was part of our core business. At both civilian and military levels, solutions for every application were designed in-house and produced in all materials. From prototype construction to medium-sized series, everything can be realized at our location.

What sets us apart in particular are our fundamental values — reliability, flexibility and loyalty. These values are the backbone of our company and are reflected in every project we take on. With modern CNC machines (numerically controlled machines) we offer high quality machining services.
We manufacture a range of components including: bolts, nuts, shafts, rings, bushings, sprockets, conveyor chains, idlers, sprockets and more.

INEX is a full-scope furniture producer with more than 10 years industry experience. For over a decade, we fulfill the highest standards of leading international retailers, consumer brands and furniture companies, with full in-house control of the whole manufacturing process.

Ingenieurbau Bismark (IBB) GmbH was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in 39629 Bismark. Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH currently employs 38 people. The core area of the company is steel and plant engineering.
The product profile covers the design, manufacture and assembly of complete steel buildings in system construction as well as special structures.
Production takes place in a production hall with an area of 6,000 m².
The core of modern production technology is a PCD 1100/1100 DG CNC drilling and sawing machine. This means that steel profiles up to a height of 1,100 mm and a length of 22 m can be processed automatically as far as possible. A computer-controlled NC drilling machine enables the automated production of flame parts from thick sheets up to 60 mm thick.
For the production of industrial railings, ibb offers a modern CNC mandrel tube bending system with integrated rolling and ring bending equipment. 11 floor-controlled or radio-controlled bridge cranes enable effective handling of steel structures with a single piece weight of up to 15 t.
A modern and powerful continuous blasting system with a throughput width of 1,500 mm and a newly built paint spray house with underfloor extraction with an area fund of 500 m² ensure the high-quality execution of paint coating work and anti-corrosion coatings. Since December 2000, the ibb has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH has the manufacturer qualification for welding steel structures in accordance with DIN 18800-7:2002-09 for welding processes

and has had the WPK certificate in accordance with DIN EN 1090-1 and the steel construction welding certificate DIN EN 1090-2/EXC3 since 2013.
Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH employs highly qualified and experienced architects and specialist engineers and is therefore able to plan complex construction projects and carry out qualified construction management.

The company Innovative Verbindungstechnik OHG was founded in 1984 as G. Scholtyschik Holzverbinderherstellung e.K. and has been one of the most successful manufacturers of wood connectors in Germany for several years. The company has been in new hands since October 2015 and thus assures our customers the continuation of our services in the usual quality across generations. MADE IN GERMANY is still capitalized with us. As one of the few companies in the industry, we still manufacture our products ourselves in Germany. Our production area with 1980m² is located in Burbach, Westphalia. We export our assortment of more than 300 articles all over Europe. We offer you for our products a checked static calculation and carry out a final inspection in our own factory. We offer our services in the field of steel construction, contract welding as well as robot welding. We supply welded assemblies and machines and equipment frames both galvanized and powder coated in the color of your choice. Rounding off, we weld according to EN 1090-2:2018 EXC 2.
