Bending

We work with a Trumpf press brake with 6-axis stop, automatic angle measurement system and 230 tons of pressure.



In our work, preparing the optimum bend sequence is determined to create its processing using 3-D software. In addition to the geometry of the bending portion, the empirically determined characteristics of the material are considered. This can be programmed and produced within a very short time even complicated bent parts.


Welding



Stainless materials are now available in great variety. Exact knowledge of their behavior during welding are therefore a fundamental prerequisite for the quality-oriented performing welding operations.
