We lack our own production program since we produce orders for national and foreign customers.

Most frequently our orders are highest-quality cutting operation of machine parts and devices. We’re equipped with CNC machines to guarantee fast and quality production.

For precision control we use a 3D measuring device able to measure in free axes (X, Y, Z) and many other regularly checked measuring devices.Our goals are quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction, meeting schedule deadlines and acceptable price.Our factory is situated in a co-op facility in Kolacin, part of city of Nova Dubnica in Povazie region, the industrial centre of Slovakia.

This area has a rich tradition of machine engineering and many experts in this branch of industry.

Our annual production capacity is around 3000 mts per year and our production capability is not limited with above parts.

We are using resin system for moulding and have automatic omega mixer complete system 10 tonnes per hour.
Melting is 1 x500 kg /h + 1x 750 kg/h and 1x1500kg/h induction melting furnaces
Shoot Blasting has 1 x 2000m dia and 1 x 1500 mm dia
Heat Treatment system is PID / PLC controlled furnaces.Print out is available automatically.
